oh boy! how did I enjoy this, I am a chef in italian and french food and I will say that, this make me wonder, "making mozzarella cheese is hard, the water is hot and you have to dip your hands and mold the cheese. Also as spanish culture all those rituals are in every region.
Wonderful documentary.... and kudos to all of them for preserving their cultural identity and promoting organic farming, it's not always easy to oppose such harmful trends as pesticides...
