I think it's the trip number. Like if it said 004 it's the 4th bus to run on that line that day or something. Not sure.

Yeah. I dont even know why they do things like that, I mean the Q65A only intersects with the Q65 once, and that's at its last/first stop at 164 ST.

It's the Q65A, just renumbered. It runs from Elechester- 164 ST/Jewel Avenue and Forest Hills and 71-Continental Avenue Station (Queens Bl) via Jewel and 69 Rd.
