It is actually a pair of cuttlefish together. The male is the red one and the female is the smaller white one. The 'wiggling' is the fins oscillating and the colour changes you see on the top are them 'talking' to each other.

Awesome. But there was something at the end -- I couldn't tell what it was... It was flat and wiggling.

Man I LOVE diving at shelly! Did about 50 shore dives there, and after seing your video I miss it even more!! Sweet port jackson!
