  • Mental Illness is the most frightening of all illness to the ones who are affected. You feel helpless, frightened, alone and just plain scared. Hang in there and surround yourself with good friends, and you will survive it with love and a real sense of who you are, which by the way most people never know who they are, and have a wonderful fulfilling life. Good Luck!!!

  • I can tell by the 9 minutes of watching you that you're a good person. Just lost in translation... Of yourself, I would strongly recommend the book "The Secret" or even research The Law of Attraction. You truly are the creator of your own life. I think you were in the right frame of mind by rejecting the diagnosis'... Trust me, read that book and research that Attraction, you will understand everything. Have a great, prosperous life!

  • @LiVeNleRn123 love the secret and i got out of a destructive life and partner as well as transition into a total new better me, with no med. My doc did the same stupid things, I was just born Klinefelters( is another form of Transgender, from a genetic stand point)

  • you broke my heart towards the end when you mentioned "my boyfriend" :( :)

  • I've been watching you grow for a while now, and i'm so proud of you Darlin! Love from Australia!

  • lol,

  • No need to be depressed with a face like that. After FFS I would do just about anything to be as pretty as you. Don't lean on diagnoses just like yourself. It shouldn't be too hard with how passable, no pretty you are.

  • do you ever talk about something thats not depressing?

  • Eh, I really feel like the categorization of mental illness just tends to label people and make money for the big pharmaceutical companies. BPD seems to me to be especially vague (and, yes, I could probably be diagnosed with it myself). I mean theres probably some truth behind any diagnosis, but it turns into catch-all dualism and prescription drug "treatments." IMO you're taking the right attitude in refusing to accept it.

  • @mjfrattaroli Well, the DSM clearly states in every single diagnosis that it has to cause significant distress and interfere with your ability to live your life. Prescription drug treatments have helped me out a lot, and while there are plenty of psychologists who are just mules for whatever company is paying them off, I've never met one, and I have felt completely in control of my treatment, even after having thirteen different therapists/counselors/psychiatrists/psychologists in my life.

  • You are what you are, you will still need to get on with things, nobody is going to make the realities of life any different for you, reflect on your skills, talents, and gifts and you will usually do fine,Im sure what i call thinking maybe seen as having a headache by most people, and if they ever have an origional idea they would like a pill to get rid of it.

  • Good luck with Occupy Vancouver. People here at Occupy Boston are staying strong. Awareness needs to spread because it's not just America it's any country whose currency is controlled by a national bank. Good to see you speaking out! ^_^

  • I did the "just learn skill" mental thing, but I think I over did it to the point that I accidentally stopped my empathy to others, like I didn't paid attention to anything but to what I though would make me better, & I kinda end up looping within me, if that made any sense. I don't know.. but yea, for a long time & probably still to me its mostly about skills.. but I don't go out much anyway. I've been living like a hermit for long..

IMO, everyone is made crazy by the education system, gov, etc

  • I wholeheartedly agree with you in regard to how people put too much stock into personality tests. I'm especially critical of Myers-Briggs, because a person could seriously get several different personality types, depending on the person's mood or recent life experience. Most people are not in an extreme of any spectrum, and a person can shift over a short period of time. For instance, I'm pretty firmly an introvert on the E/I scale, but I've been an S and an N, a T and an F, and a P and a J.

  • at around the end at 9:10

what thing are u talking about?

where u say "if u believe in this thing....."

  • @saiyanwill Maybe I should've been clearer. I mean't, if you are on the side of the occupy wall street protestors. I believe in the movement, and it is the first time in a long time that I've seen liberals get angry and defend their ideology since Obama got elected. I want to be a part of it, and even if I don't agree with everything they have to say, they're a fuck of a lot better than the tea party.

  • @xdearlifex gotcha
