Attempt the FFIX Piano Collection version (Rose of May) if you have time; the accompaniment is a lot richer and the dynamics flow a lot more naturally.
I didn't use it in this song, because I send the keyboard to a audio device (don't know it in English, sorry) and then to my laptop. That way I can record audio and video separate and put it together afterwards. That way your sound is much, much better.
I also put my ear plugs in my audio device, so I can hear what I'm playing.
