you really shouldn't stand your 360 vertically, you're blocking one of the main vents that way. Put it on it's side, you'll reduce the chances of overheating which can result in the rrod.

the reason you had to go through the setup process again might of been because you had the new harddrive attached to the console. if you had your old harddrive attached you would have been able to start back from where you left off (im guessing). also i just got the three red rings and i just ordered the shipping label like 5 minutes ago. i live in florida so it shouldnt take too long hopefully.
