Hey! i have a question, I am on vlcd 31 and everyones telling me i cant go over 40 days?
i see you did 50-60 days, which is what i want..i lost some days due to cheat stalls......is it ok to do longer days ..i am doing hcg hemeopathic drops
@Sgibbsmmmbop - it depends on how many rounds you plan on doing. if you need to do more than 1 round, i don't recommend going over 60 days on homeopathic. happy releasing!
I'm glad to see ur doing well. Wonder what has happened to SlimSteve503. Amazing how so many other "HCG STARS" have disappeared but left up their old vlogs. LOL I'll check out BlondeAmbition.
@GodsDesire4me - thanks for watching me still. i'm glad i still have insight to offer all my hcg family. hope you're doing well, too. happy new year back atcha!
This video is so on point. I'm so tired of beating myself up over my weight not being an exact number. I was never this obsessed over a number until I lost weight with hcg. I have a healthy BMI, but I feel better at a lower weight. I'm going to beat this crazy way of thinking!
@fromthicktothin - i still beat myself up sometimes, but it doesn't last as long. hahaha! hog protocol has away of making you obsessed with the scale. it use to drive friggin nuts! it's time to break out of that. i don't plan to weigh myself til feb 1st. i feel better already. take care.
@mamaclok - that's it? i like your hat? heehee! a gal of few words. hey i thought of you the other day. has anyone ever told you that you resemble "Bridesmaids" & SNL's Kristen Wigg. You're funny like her, too :) Loved your Cmas card. I didn't send one out this year. Just couldn't get my act together. Oh well. Let's chat soon!
@last20pounds Kristen Wigg? LOL no! I dont look like anyone in this world I think. With my Irish dry humor and my polish nose...aint no one like me ha! I wish I was as funny as her tho---i love her on SNL!
I think we as women aren't as open to accepting ourselves and saying "I look great!" because as a society we've always been told that we should try to be better. Women who are confident are bitches, but women who say "I'm so fat" and are jealous of other girls are normal. It's so twisted! There's nothing wrong with being happy where you're at, and that's what I'm currently working on. I'm healthy now, so there's nothing wrong with accepting it. Good luck with the marathon that's awesome!! :)
@stepharoo85 - girl, i've been watching a few of your vlogs now and then and YOU LOOK MAHvelous!! :) you've done so well on the protocol. i think people like us are changing the trend of equating confidence with bitchiness. anyway, what is "better" and who constitutes "society" hahaha! it's about time we start loving ourselves, so we could love others more. take care girl!!
@last20pounds You are so sweet thank you!! I agree I think loving your body will hopefully eliminate that stigma that confident girls are bitchy or stuck up <3
@Bayshamel - acceptance was SO key for me. after all these years, it's been so hard to do that. and now that i've done it, it's like i see the world through different eyes :) thanks for watching!
So happy to see your face. I am now trying to get pregnant so no more HCG for me :). I did gain about 10lbs over the holidays and having been feeling really down about it. But the truth is I am realizing for the last year I was misusing HCG to keep my weight down (almost like crash dieting). Right now I need to focus on being healthy and having good habits above being thin. I am trying bodyrock.tv 30 day exercise challenge which you might like b/c you are into fitness and a busy mom.
@Shaboom61 - exercise is key, girlfriend. you're on the right track. exercise = less stress = easier to get pregnant! we'll worry about weight after that. i'll be here for ya! take care!
@JenniferSmilesNow - unfortunately, i bought it for my Nook e-reader. if you have a Nook i could lend it to you. it's a great informative book. it also addresses Leptin. let's talk soon. take care.
@JenniferSmilesNow - hey chica! just watched you vlog. running in a gorilla suit. heehee! i would love to see that :) i vote for the gorilla wearing a bikini! luv u miss u!
Aww, Ai... I LOVE YOU. So good to see you. Staying in the "healthy" BMI range is what is realistic, so that's what will be my lifelong maintenance goal. Yep, I loved "Weight-loss Apocalypse" and the concepts it teaches... a fresh scientifically-backed revision of what Dr. Simeons was trying to accomplish without knowing all the pieces to the hCG puzzle. Wow, a 1/2 marathon? I am so proud of ya, girl! You can do anything you put your mind to.
@HCGBlondeAmbition - thanks girlie girl!! i think i'll be much more prepared this half-marathon than the one i did in '08. after that one, i swore off ever doing another. i hope you're doing great and i hope the semester treats you well :) love you!!
Hi Ai! You always look great. A half marathon is exciting. Did you ever think you would do that one day ... such an accomplishment. You go girl! Now you know how we Easterners feel about the cold winters. Your body seems to crave more carbs to stay warm. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it! Can't wait for Spring.
@TinkerbelleToes2010 - hey there!! i actually never thought i'd do a half-marathon "again" hahaha! i did the San Francisco Nike Half about 4 years ago. I was at a heavier weight, but I got through it. After that, I had zero interest in doing it again :) Go figure why I'm doing it now. I guess I needed another challenge. I'm with the theory of nature, too... cold weather = more fat :) Take care.
