This is a great video. I always get asked by numerous people if I am biracial. I usually get asked if I am black, white, and asian. They act surprised when I answer back that I am 100% black. I have long hair and its straight but that's only because I get blow outs and relaxers. If I didn't it would be all natural. I'm thinking of maybe going natural one of these days.
I just wanted to say that..this is a really nice vid..its nice to see us proud of what we were naturally blessed with..we were given naturally full..textured hair..with personality,and I belive that is a gift, I honestly couldn't be any prouder to be of african and indian descent..

Why would the girl at the begining put water in that little girl's hair anyway? Is it some styling trick or something? I have never seen that done before..
yea it is...wen i wuz little my mami put water in my hair to soften it...that what the water is for.blk hair is usually coarse and tough to combe through water makes it easier

A lot of women on youtube and in general use the term nappy and don't find it offensive. It depends on the individual. Also was it necessary for you to comment on the length of the girls hair? Each individual determines for themselves what is long or short. Just because you dont think its long, doesn't someone else doesn't.
