I used to own a business. I was finally forced to declare bankruptcy this year because of taggers. The city forces us to clean up any graffiti within 2 days or they clean it and send us the bill. The building my business was in had textured brick, it cost $600 per square foot to remove spraypaint from the surface. We would get it cleaned and the taggers would return that night and spray it again.

It is such a beautiful thing to do for someone. Using two of these devices, one on each eye, could you not develop a system that could track the depth of field the user was focusing on at any given time? I could see that project having some extremely interesting applications, especially in fields like mobile cartography and 3-D simulation.

It could even help with that- not with the totally-paralysed guy in the video, but if you were in a wheelchair you could have an augmented-reality display with eyetracking used to show where you wanted to go, or (depending on what's left functioning) the eyetrack choosing where you want to go (you'd look at your destination) and a leg-stump muscle twitch or nerve signal used to control go/stop or even the speed of travel.
