1， believe me , most chinese people know about tian an men square, i was there when it happaned. china sensors, but chinese people are not stupid. they CAN have access to internet and google as u do use proxy services or whatever. i am not internet guru, but i know.

While China IS committing cultural genocide in Tibet and should be ashamed of its self, this is not the way to win the fight. It is a crude characterization made for shock value, but it offers not facts, figures or even actual evidence of torture. 42 seconds with a torture victim is better by far than 42 seconds with a cartoon bunny.
In the long run this video will only antagonize China.

When it comes to massacres, China still has a long way to go before it tops Russia, Japan, Germany and Rwanda. In fact, the US has killed more people in Iraq than China has for a long while.
Beijing mostly kills people through stupidity and pig-pigheadedness than it has through actual murder. You're more likely to have died from famine in China than to have been killed by the government directly.

Firstly, China has the world's largest population so of course it's going to have the lions share of executions. Secondly, Much of the world doesn't even have the death penalty, so it's not that hard to get a high ranking. Finally, China can execute people for crimes that people in Western countries dream of executing, but can't. Pedophile, drugs dealers, corrupt businessmen. The board of Enron would have hung in China.

Well... In democracy's such as Japan and America the death penalty enjoys sufficient public support to stay on the statue books, so in answer to your question the fact that it is the will of the people make it better than murder. Then there is due process. A murderer doesn't doesn't allow their victims to have a lawyer.
The death penalty is also very popular in dictatorships like China and Iran. Removing it would be just as bad as forcing it on a country.

Capital crimes are often simpler to prosecute in China because the crimes are simpler. There is no room for doubt when a men caught with their hands round somebody's throat yelling "Die, Die, Die".
People in China are more likely to commit a capital crime on the spot than in the US, and are less likely to plan an escape afterwards. There is often no doubt that they did it.

The US is the only Western nation to sanction the use of torture and murder. As for a fair trial, that's highly debatable. According to a barrister friend who studied for a year in the US, decent legal council is apparently very hard to come by for the general populace there.
China and the US are perhaps more similar than you think.
