i think its because the producers didnt want to have to install all the different languages for all the countries they sell to, one is so much easier! lol

You go to options on when you're at town view... go to high res, sorry I can't really remember but it's something in the options

I belive it's in the options like NurfSicle said you mess around with that until you find a toggle switch that makes it better the switches have to have the options of either high medium (I belive it is) and low :-D Hope that helped!
