My only advice is train often, drill drill drill and it will become easier Their is no fast way or ultime tips for it but I found easier this way:

Put your first leg down, dip your body, rotate your body to see the sky, jump up using your arms to help, then just do a normal backflip at this moment without grabbing and land on the kicking leg. Pause this video at every step I told you to see what I mean.
