The sniper is Located on top of the GETALIFE building in TBOGT. The Grenade Launcher is under a helicopter helitours maverick at that helipad in Algonquin. The Moltov Cocktails are located on the top floor of the Platypus boat. Have fun.

Apc can be called up from 1 of your friends in single player, this "New" cop car is called the Stinger. Where you find the APC there is also on the roof of the police station the Police Maverick or whatever the thing is called. I know ot much about the game 0_o ALSO If you get the "Secret car" behind the shed thing everyone knows it you can find a spray n pay place and spray your cars different ONLINE it's a dream come true =P
