Our Supreme Court ruled they can only use them when their life is in immediate danger, yet they keep tasering people all the time. I came on down in 1993. I live in Naples and work in Fort Myers every day. The cops here are racist and pull blacks and hispanics over without any more probable cause than the color of their skin.
