I didn't go to Vidcon. I went to Playlist Live since it was 45 minutes away. I calculated going to Vidcon to be around $800 by myself. I watched some of the performances live on Youtube and was disappointed. Julian Smith doing a live version of his Hot Kool Aid sketch at Playlist Live and it was amazing. If you haven't seen it you should. The whole room was dead quiet during it. He actually threw out some packets of cherry Kool Aid at the end and I got one. Still got it. DashaCon 2012!!

I didn't go. I am at Steel City Con here in a Pittsburgh suburb. Looking around shopping through the tables of overpriced collectors toys and D list celebrities charging extremely high prices for autographs. Waving "Hi" to Mr. Belding and the Candy Man was the highlight of my day.

I got to be on Buck Factor and Alex Day gave me a hug on stage and then we became friends. I think that's a pretty successful VidCon.
