sorry for the late reply. the house itself was not damaged dramatically. only small components on the main floor and upstairs had to be replaced precisely due to the grow-op. the roof was changed and the attic treated for mould. the basement was the biggest challenge: it needed complete remediation and afterwards it was renovated.

were there spores growing throughout the entire house? did you gut all the walls and ceilings right down to the frames?
