This actually helps. I've said that this woman randomly strings together chunks of phrases and repeats them without comprehension. Some of the editing reverses her beliefs (re: Israel). But the title does suggest the image I have been seeking. She is a parrot. If in no partaricular order, she repeats what she has heard. This is why she was chosen to be the VP candidate.
Thankfully, we don't have to listen to this every day...
