my favorite parts are the main theme

and the score from when cyclops attacks magneto

and all the moments before

you can feel the tension

and also Logan and Rogue is great as well

he was just a brilliant composer

I like John Ottman's score to the 2nd film but Michael Kamen's is just the best. I think the reason I like it the best is that it feels the most dark and just seems the capture the feeling of the first two films the best. the story in the 1st two film are dark and this score works very well with that. R.I.P. Michael Kamen, you were one of the best. My favorite part is 6:00 to 8:24.

Now this is the theme that the X-Men movies should be remembered for. Not the cheesy, bombastic "super-duper-hero" theme by John Ottman. Don't get me wrong, the man is a fine film score composer. But Michael Kamen really added more to the Marvel universe on-screen. Bravo.

I like how at around 30 seconds into the music they incorporate Mystiques leitmotif briefly haha that part always gave me chills for some reason. I wish they had kept that for the other films.

It took me the better part of three years to finally find this album. Was anyone else pissed that the song at the end of the movie where Xavier and Eric play chess was not on the cd?

And this song, the veritable theme is only played really in the song "X-Jet" when they take off for Liberty Island.

There's no title theme song. A total fucking ripoff.
