Look, I am all for a creative effort, but it's hard to find the humor in this when this is happening to real men and women every day. They are coming home wounded, maimed, with PTSD and going through excruciating physical and emotional pain.

Crap happens to everyone throughout history -- war, tragic domestic events, starvation, etc..
Do we all need to stop watching action movies? Your logic seems to suggest that any action movie/show supports the glory and celebration of war.
And what do Yetis have to do with the middle-east right now?
Oh and wars are 2-sided. We Americans aren't the only ones going home wounded and maimed.
