To be honest, looking from the other camera angle (RTV Slovenija) from the other side you can clearly see that Kerzhakov kicked Handanovic after he contained the ball.

The Setanta/International camera angle is less clear and to be fair it could be seen as not a RK.

Look for the RTV camera angle and there is no doubt that it was a RK.

definitely not a red card. the replay shows kerzhakov challenging equally for the ball as it came in, keeper not having control as kerzhakov tried to poke it through.
