They are not planning on putting out a DLC anytime soon. If you go to G4 page on facebook, they have a video posted on possible Skyrim updates and new features that will possibly be added in the future. These include Dragon Riding, Horse Armour, Goblins, New Dungeons, Different Variations of Arrows, Adoption of Children, and actually building and designing your own house at an area of your choice, and this is just to name a few.

If there is gonna be a DLC, it should be Akavir.

The Elder Scrolls VI: The 2nd Great War

What happens is that another great war has started, and what class you pick makes what side you are on. It's humans vs Elves, Khaajit and Argonians are neutral. If you are humans, you go across Tamriel gathering support and leading campaigns against Morrowind, Valenwood and Summerset Isles. Elves = Invasion of Skyrim, Cyrodiil and High Rock. You can go to Black Marsh, Eleswyr and Hammerfell are acessable but no invasion in those places. Orcs are neutral.
