@NEWUSERNAME35 The weird crackling sound is the solution fizzing in your ear and starting to break down the wax. Please read the instructions in the video description on what to do. I personally would only use this method after trying to soften the wax for several days by pouring good old olive oil in there - best get someone else to do that for you as it can become messy very quickly! If you're unsure of anything, please see a doctor.
At first I was thinking, "She looks homeless," but the more she talked, the cuter she got. She's not the CUTEST chick I've seen, but she's at LEAST a 6.75 which isn't bad for MY standards...
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I start a new job tomorrow and your video has saved me from turning up half deaf! Who knew my good old peroxide contact lens solution would work.
i always do this since i was 9 years old but i always just poured the solution in and then out and waited it for it to come oall out and ta daaa... but its much more well prepared.. do you know
@mike40sm hahahah that made me laugh! The date... omg I was so nervous! He was a really lovely guy and we had a great time but the spark wasn't there. Going to give it a go again this year ;o)
I got bad ear infection after doing this, Dr. says hydrogen peroxide is too powerful of a chemical to put in ear, damages timpanic membrane. Sorry but after a $20 office visit and $25 medication, it wasn't worth it.
This worked out like a charm! Had to do it about four times and cleaned my ear very carefully with a q tip the last time. I was so happy! Thank you so much for sharing!
@YenypennyG Yay! pleased to hear it YenypennyG. I wouldn't advise inserting things like q tips inside your ears though as they can leave debris which causes wax build up. There's also a danger of pushing it too far in and causing injury.
@TheCumCookies In the description I advised that personally I would only do this after treating wax build up with olive oil for several days. If that does not dissolve it then following this method may work for you, it did for me. Please seek professional medical advice at all times.
@slosuby That might mean you have an infection. Usually peroxide foams when it kills infection or bacteria. That's why it foams when you put it on cuts sometimes. It's a lot less painful than alcohol though.
@HazyChestNutz Hi there, I used warm 'body temperature' water. I felt a bit sick and dizzy as I had to syringe my ears several times due to the level of build up I had. The vibration against the inner ear which resulted in this, is what made me feel like that. I simply lay down and rested and the feeling passed :)
WORKED A LITTLE, BUT NO WAX CAME DRAINING OUT AS YOU SAID IT WOULD, ONLY WATER!!! NOW WHAT DO I DO? WORKED A LITTLE, BUT AFRAID TO DO IT OVER AND OVER.
@lightening00 Hi, I hope your ear problem eased. As long as you are not flushing your ear with any undue pressure, I found this procedure safe to perform until the wax shifts.
Hi I live in the US and I had two questions. #1 what type or syringe should I get like is there a certain shape or type necessary? #2 how often can this be done to keep ears from blocking up?
@Guitarrachica777 Hi there - sorry, I've not logged into my account for far too long but will answer you now. I bought a 10ml syringe from my local chemist together with the 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution. There is no needle of course! I would also not use this as a preventative measure - only use if you have a build up of wax and after trying to shift it with olive oil poured into the ear canal for a few days.
Thank you, this was really helpful. and by the way seems like you should add common sense in your "you will need" instruction, some people don't use it because you don't put it in there. LOL.
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss Lol, you really went to work with all these replies. Hey I'm sorry if I seemed short with my comment. I just remember one ear being clogged for at least three weeks and I was about going MAD and I wanted it out NOW as in YESTERDAY NOW. Everything I tried didn't work for whatever reason... then one day contemplating the hospital, POP! It felt like my first time hearing. Thanks for taking the time to help people. GOD bless.
EarClear is the best it has peroxide in it and yes it bubbles and feels weird, they also sell a special ear syringe that has drainage and spirts three spirts around the edges rather than aginst the drum.
@smujtaba121 Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by white earwax. If using olive oil or treatments from the chemist don't work or the method I describe here.. or you keep getting a build up, I'd look at what you are eating and drinking to see what is CAUSING your problem. Try removing dairy products from your diet (don't replace with soy), or at least changing from cow's milk to goat's milk products and see if that helps. Maybe go and get tested for food sensitivities if you think that may help.
uh oh... i did this, but now there is fluid in my ear that wont drain! my ear was very waxy, and now i cant hear anything out my left ear cause of the fluid! i tried everything to get it out, but it wont drain! help?
@Dinglot68 Hi there, maybe you haven't removed all the earwax as if your ear was clear then there would be nothing to stop the fluid draining out I guess. Either repeat the process or try the tip that @GAZBEROTTEN left: get a hot water bottle and lie on it with your blocked up ear on it for about 30 minutes. You may also want to try massaging just under your earlobe in case you have trapped air in it.
FYI, try to get the water as close to room temperature as you can, as your inner ear is very sensitive to temperature. if the water is too cold, it will cause severe shocking pain. if the water is too hot, it will cause dizziness, nausea, and can even cause you to pass out!
This works...I had my ear jammed with wax for 3 days...nothing worked but you put the 3% of proxide in and it crackles leave it in the emptey it out after ten min then get the luke warm water and FIRE it into your ear using the suringe...it works so well omfg the shit i had coming out of my ear almost made me vomit...one word of warning get a towel and put it on your shoulder then another one on your lap so it will catch any shit falling out and wont land on your pants and get them dirty!
@frankenstein04 glad it worked for you too! I'd just like to say tho, that you need to be VERY careful when squirting the water into your ear, as if you do it too forcefully you run the risk of perforating your eardrum.
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss I just realized what your screen name was. I commend you for being able to do the raw thing. I tried it for 2 months but I guess I was more like a fruitatarian. To make a long story short, I had to stop that cause I wasn't getting enough protein/ other important nutrients. My hair was falling out as well!
@psmtheman yes with a raw vegan diet you have to make sure you eat a really good variety of fruit, vegetables - especially green leafy ones, nuts, seeds, sprouts and good fats. I know a lot of people are fans of a largely fruit only diet like you describe and well, to me, it just doesn't make sense and I have read several peoples stories similar to your own... A whole foods, natural, organic diet, free from dairy is a great balance & I believe everyone would benefit from a green smoothie a day!
Thankyou thankyou thankyou!! Ive just managed to restore hearing after my ear blocked up 11 days ago. I saw two different doctors who couldnt help me apart from prescribing ear drops. It took several days with 3 attempts each day using your advice(before each dose of ear drops) till the "plug" of wax and dead skin that had been jammed up against my ear drum by the first doctors efforts finally plopped out while using an ear syringe with very warm water. Relief at last!
@veryfreshsub I've found using this method very effective when I've not been able to clear a problem up with olive oil, sounds like you've had success too :)
@veryfreshsub Yes, it made me dizzy for short a while but it soon passed and I think the dizziness was caused by the solution being swished around in my inner ear - water would have probably had the same effect... hydrogen peroxide solution is perfectly safe if used as advised and I've not seen it said anywhere, by a medical professional, that it will mess up your eardrum.
Professionals do, actually, suction wax out of a patients ear when necessary. I have very small ear canals and wax get impacted easily. The ENT used a small tube to suction the wax out after irrigating with a syringe was unsuccessful. However, sometimes it sucks waiting to get an appointment and having clogged up ears can be miserable! This solution will work as long as long as your ears aren't too clogged, and I plan to try it on my own tomorrow as I currently can't hear out of my left ear!
People, go to the professionals, they have small tubes that they stick in your ear and suck it out. This way is very very dangerous and the nurse told me before it has a risk of breaking your eardrum, and you would have to go for surgery to construct a new one. CAUSING MORE MONEY.
@pansyed Professionals do not 'suck' things out of your ear, they syringe them in a similar method as described in this video and the description. I have made it clear that people should be careful and to seek expert advice if they are unsure and to try using olive oil only for a few days first before trying this.
@pansyed sorry for disagreeing with you, I should have thought to ask where in the world you were, silly me! I hope your hearing is all good at the moment :)
@Kelertasable :( sorry to hear you had such a horrid experience, in the UK the norm is to flush the ear out, I've never heard of suction being used. Hope you can hear ok now though! :)
Respond to this video... the weirdes thing happend to me while i was using ur method... i was digging under my step dads sink looking for some hydrogen peroxide and after digging further than ever before under some shoe inserts was a lil yellow box that said, ear wax removal kit.....i almost pooped my pants XD
@42lacey yea dont dig your fingers or anything in your ears, and it wont happen. cuz when u do that pushes the wax deep in to your ear, even if you can't feel it, it happens trust me, that happened to me and i had to go to doctor to get removed and it was verry painful.
@redassasain18 Yes, it is soooooo important to not poke things in your ears - doing this will most probably make things worse. I recommend people always try softening wax up with good old olive oil before doing anything else first - do it for a few days as it normally softens it up so it comes out naturally. Qtips are the pits - don't put them in your ears!
@42lacey Nope I have no idea what causes this as I'm not medically qualified but often people can see changes in any sinus troubles (this covers your ears, nose and throat), if they change their diet. So i suggest you try removing dairy from your diet or at the very least, change from cow's milk and it's products to goats (raw if you can get it). Avoid soy products as most are genetically modified. And maybe also look at removing wheat. Try Spelt as an alternative. Good luck!
I'm so gonna try this, my ears are always getting blocked because I have really small ear canals and the doctors surgery I go to won't do syringing anymore.
@PINKGIRLZ33 you may want to look into why your ears are becoming blocked in the first place. If you have a lot of mucous it may be that you are allergic to wheat or dairy. Maybe try changing from cow's products to goat's and see if that makes a difference.
I used Debrox, and after I used the Syringe and put warm water into it and my dad helped flush my ears out, no wax came out. It has been the second day of using it. My dad looked inside my ears he says they are perfectly clear now... My ears feel like their clogged with water, do you think its water or do you think its wax and the syringe with water pushed it down even farther? I can't hear what so ever, It sucks so bad. This is the first time this has happened to me. :(
@homosecksual Hi there - I'm sorry, I have no idea what Debrox is but if you feel like your ears are still clogged I advise you to go to a medical professional such as a nurse or doctor who will be able to look deep into your ear canal and see what is going on. Hope you clear them soon!
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss Debrox is ear drops that you put in your ear that softens the wax. Thanks for the advice, I was actually crying it was that bad bc I'm terribly afraid of losing my hearing and it was even hurting. I got my mom to get me into the doctor on Wednesday, so wish me luck on this! Oh I forgot to add that my dad even twisted some toilet paper and stuck it inside my ears to get the soften wax up, He said its softer than Q-Tips so it couldn't harm my ears. I hope its just water :(
@homosecksual Ahhh that's what it is! *big hug* to you - it's not fun having pain like that and I'm glad you told your Mom. Sticking anything into your ears is not a great idea - qtips or loo roll, it should all be avoided as bits can be left inside the ear and cause more problems. I advise anyone who has a wax buildup to put olive oil in their ears for a few days - this usually does the job. Try not to worry @homosecksual, I'm sure the doctor will sort it out :)
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss Good news, Yesterday I was messing with my tragus pushing it in and out, and all of a sudden my ear popped really loud and I could hear again and a couple hours later the pain in my left year went away lol so weird. Now the right ear, I'm still suffering with the right one. Hopefully that one will do the same. Again thanks for the replies ! :)
@homosecksual I wouldn't worry for the after effects which can be left over moisture in the ear - this will dry out in it's own time and hearing will restore.
Susie I Got a problem im 13 i dont want my mom to be worried but my left ear is a little plugged i can still hear through it and no wax its just clogged HELP HELP HELP
@MalcolmxDenny your mum will worry if you DON'T tell her and then it gets worse and she finds out. Please just tell your mum now so she can take you to see the doctor or local chemist.
sometimes when i sleep on my side my ear drains and it gets blocked, its blocked right now and its really annoying :( ive bought ear wax removal kits and nothing works and it usually stays like this for a week until it clears itself up. and i make beats and sing too so its not helping me out at all :/
@WHITEBOIDaHitmaker maybe make it a regular practise to put some drops of olive oil in your ear - this is a great natural way to soften wax. If that doesn't help then the method in this video works a treat. Other than that you may want to look at your diet - dairy products can play havoc with your sinuses, maybe try switching to goats products instead of cows for a while and see if that makes any difference?
i just got my ear cleaned out at the docs, it sounded the samething as she was explaining on how to clean it out. To me it was very painful, once they put that water mix wit that other thing u can hear the crispy sound and it was painful to me....it still kinda hurts tho i got pills to take away the pain. What happen was that the wax was on my .... how u say drums and when they spray it it pealed off the skin...n thats why it hurts soooooo much! but the docs said it will heal fast.
@semperfi14733 I'm sorry to hear you were in pain with the treatment you had at the doctors. I didn't experience any pain with the method in the video - maybe they used a stronger solution. Hope you feel better.
@Sinova74 the easies way to get the solution into your ear is by GENTLY squirting it in using a syringe. If you can get someone else you trust to do it for you, it will be less tricky :)
I have a blocked ear and since it has been blocked it is making a hissing noise, like "shhh" or a "white noise". Does anyone know if this is remotely normal? I do not have tinitus, please respond
@Patrick50857 Well thenks, I find it odd lately. I had them syringed but when I lay down or wear closed ear headphones - basically pressure on the side of my head I hear the noise - otherwise ok. Have fun with the warm water in your ear mmm :)
what if my ear only get blocked up evry once in a while and its only one ear it gets really annoying my parents dont belive me and wont bring me to the docter they tell me to take ear dropd but they make it worse please tell me something i can do
hi there, I'm not medically trained so can't advise you but can share with you that what I've done is use olive oil as soon as I feel my ear is blocked - and if it really gets so bad that olive oil doesn't work and I can't hear, I used the method in this video, which worked a treat.
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss the lady saids put the hydrogen poroxide and lay there. if u place in your right ear, do u lay on your left side where the paroxide wont come out, or do u just lay facing up? Thanks.
@southstar0511 Hi there, yes, lie on the opposite side so the liquid doesn't run out of your ear canal. eg. lay on your left side if you are treating your right ear :)
Thanks for that! My left ear is completely blocked can't hear from it! my Doctor told me to put olive oil in my ear for 2 weeks to soften up the wax i've used it for 2 days and I still can't hear from it. When I do put olive how much shall I put in? doctor gave me a 2 ml syringe?
When I use olive oil in my daughter's ears I get her to lie down on her side and carefully pour some in, then massage lightly so any air bubbles come out and allow the oil to move down into the ear canal. I then pour a little more in and do the same asking her to lie like that for at least 10 mins. I also use some cotton wool to stop it making a mess when she turns over but make sure you don't push this deep into the ear.
I've never bought over the counter ear products as the nurse at my gp's surgery told me to use olive oil which normally works fine. I'm sure changing the oil won't do any harm though - hope your ear clears soon :)
don't ever insert objects into your ear canal - that will probably push the wax in further. Either drip olive oil in to try and soften, or use the method in this video if that fails :)
i just use hydrogen peroxide in for the first time my right ear and i wash it out. then i put it on my left ear then i got dizzy very dizzy. i think it messed with the thing it the ear that keeps you balance. like being sea sick for me. any idea how this happen? i will not use hydrogen peroxide again. still feeling weird.
I would only suggest using the method if you were unable to clear the wax naturally. And before doing this I would also suggest trying to soften up wax by dripping good old olive oil in for a few days first - most times that will clear things. :D
hiya - I felt dizzy too. I guess it's from the movement on your ear drum from the fizzing of the hydrogen peroxide solution then the motion of water against it when you syringe yr ears gently. Also the sudden unblocking could be a factor too. It soon passes and the relief from being able to hear again made it worth it for me!
I had a weird crackling in my ear so tried this but nothing came out. So should I try it again?
NEWUSERNAME35 5 days ago
@NEWUSERNAME35 The weird crackling sound is the solution fizzing in your ear and starting to break down the wax. Please read the instructions in the video description on what to do. I personally would only use this method after trying to soften the wax for several days by pouring good old olive oil in there - best get someone else to do that for you as it can become messy very quickly! If you're unsure of anything, please see a doctor.

Maybe go and get tested for food sensitivities if you think that may help.

uh oh... i did this, but now there is fluid in my ear that wont drain! my ear was very waxy, and now i cant hear anything out my left ear cause of the fluid! i tried everything to get it out, but it wont drain! help?
Dinglot68 1 year ago
@Dinglot68 Hi there, maybe you haven't removed all the earwax as if your ear was clear then there would be nothing to stop the fluid draining out I guess. Either repeat the process or try the tip that @GAZBEROTTEN left: get a hot water bottle and lie on it with your blocked up ear on it for about 30 minutes. You may also want to try massaging just under your earlobe in case you have trapped air in it.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
FYI, try to get the water as close to room temperature as you can, as your inner ear is very sensitive to temperature. if the water is too cold, it will cause severe shocking pain. if the water is too hot, it will cause dizziness, nausea, and can even cause you to pass out!

@Dinglot68 Thanks for the tip :D

This works...I had my ear jammed with wax for 3 days...nothing worked but you put the 3% of proxide in and it crackles leave it in the emptey it out after ten min then get the luke warm water and FIRE it into your ear using the suringe...it works so well omfg the shit i had coming out of my ear almost made me vomit...one word of warning get a towel and put it on your shoulder then another one on your lap so it will catch any shit falling out and wont land on your pants and get them dirty!
frankenstein04 1 year ago
@frankenstein04 glad it worked for you too! I'd just like to say tho, that you need to be VERY careful when squirting the water into your ear, as if you do it too forcefully you run the risk of perforating your eardrum.

@MyRawFoodWeightLoss I just realized what your screen name was. I commend you for being able to do the raw thing. I tried it for 2 months but I guess I was more like a fruitatarian. To make a long story short, I had to stop that cause I wasn't getting enough protein/ other important nutrients. My hair was falling out as well!
psmtheman 1 year ago

Relief at last!

the best way to clean your ears is hydrogen peroxide
veryfreshsub 1 year ago
@veryfreshsub I've found using this method very effective when I've not been able to clear a problem up with olive oil, sounds like you've had success too :)
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss i was joking that stuff makes you dizzy and can mess up your ear drum
veryfreshsub 1 year ago
@veryfreshsub Yes, it made me dizzy for short a while but it soon passed and I think the dizziness was caused by the solution being swished around in my inner ear - water would have probably had the same effect... hydrogen peroxide solution is perfectly safe if used as advised and I've not seen it said anywhere, by a medical professional, that it will mess up your eardrum.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
Professionals do, actually, suction wax out of a patients ear when necessary. I have very small ear canals and wax get impacted easily. The ENT used a small tube to suction the wax out after irrigating with a syringe was unsuccessful. However, sometimes it sucks waiting to get an appointment and having clogged up ears can be miserable! This solution will work as long as long as your ears aren't too clogged, and I plan to try it on my own tomorrow as I currently can't hear out of my left ear!
snbarthold 1 year ago
@snbarthold thanks for your feedback, I hope you managed to clear your ear out and didn't have to have anything more invasive
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
People, go to the professionals, they have small tubes that they stick in your ear and suck it out. This way is very very dangerous and the nurse told me before it has a risk of breaking your eardrum, and you would have to go for surgery to construct a new one. CAUSING MORE MONEY.
pansyed 1 year ago
@pansyed Professionals do not 'suck' things out of your ear, they syringe them in a similar method as described in this video and the description. I have made it clear that people should be careful and to seek expert advice if they are unsure and to try using olive oil only for a few days first before trying this.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss no....seriously in singapore its not a syringe, i can differiate it. + i felt no water

@42lacey yea dont dig your fingers or anything in your ears, and it wont happen. cuz when u do that pushes the wax deep in to your ear, even if you can't feel it, it happens trust me, that happened to me and i had to go to doctor to get removed and it was verry painful.
redassasain18 1 year ago
@redassasain18 Yes, it is soooooo important to not poke things in your ears - doing this will most probably make things worse. I recommend people always try softening wax up with good old olive oil before doing anything else first - do it for a few days as it normally softens it up so it comes out naturally. Qtips are the pits - don't put them in your ears!
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@42lacey Nope I have no idea what causes this as I'm not medically qualified but often people can see changes in any sinus troubles (this covers your ears, nose and throat), if they change their diet. So i suggest you try removing dairy from your diet or at the very least, change from cow's milk and it's products to goats (raw if you can get it). Avoid soy products as most are genetically modified. And maybe also look at removing wheat. Try Spelt as an alternative. Good luck!

@42lacey it might be the difference in altitude causing your problems

@gakusei3 Hi, yes do go and see a doctor if you are still suffering, they can take a look inside your ear for you :)
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
I'm so gonna try this, my ears are always getting blocked because I have really small ear canals and the doctors surgery I go to won't do syringing anymore.
PINKGIRLZ33 1 year ago
@PINKGIRLZ33 you may want to look into why your ears are becoming blocked in the first place. If you have a lot of mucous it may be that you are allergic to wheat or dairy. Maybe try changing from cow's products to goat's and see if that makes a difference.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@PINKGIRLZ33 No, it's just cos of my really small ear canals. They're tiny. x

homosecksual 1 year ago
@homosecksual Hi there - I'm sorry, I have no idea what Debrox is but if you feel like your ears are still clogged I advise you to go to a medical professional such as a nurse or doctor who will be able to look deep into your ear canal and see what is going on. Hope you clear them soon!
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss Debrox is ear drops that you put in your ear that softens the wax. Thanks for the advice, I was actually crying it was that bad bc I'm terribly afraid of losing my hearing and it was even hurting. I got my mom to get me into the doctor on Wednesday, so wish me luck on this! Oh I forgot to add that my dad even twisted some toilet paper and stuck it inside my ears to get the soften wax up, He said its softer than Q-Tips so it couldn't harm my ears. I hope its just water :(
homosecksual 1 year ago
@homosecksual Ahhh that's what it is! *big hug* to you - it's not fun having pain like that and I'm glad you told your Mom. Sticking anything into your ears is not a great idea - qtips or loo roll, it should all be avoided as bits can be left inside the ear and cause more problems. I advise anyone who has a wax buildup to put olive oil in their ears for a few days - this usually does the job. Try not to worry @homosecksual, I'm sure the doctor will sort it out :)
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss Good news, Yesterday I was messing with my tragus pushing it in and out, and all of a sudden my ear popped really loud and I could hear again and a couple hours later the pain in my left year went away lol so weird. Now the right ear, I'm still suffering with the right one. Hopefully that one will do the same. Again thanks for the replies ! :)
homosecksual 1 year ago
@homosecksual great news! hopefully your other ear has cleared too now :)
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
@homosecksual I wouldn't worry for the after effects which can be left over moisture in the ear - this will dry out in it's own time and hearing will restore.

sometimes when i sleep on my side my ear drains and it gets blocked, its blocked right now and its really annoying :( ive bought ear wax removal kits and nothing works and it usually stays like this for a week until it clears itself up. and i make beats and sing too so its not helping me out at all :/
WHITEBOIDaHitmaker 1 year ago

Do you squirt the hydrogen peroxide and warm water inside your ear or do you gently pour it in.. And how much do you pour in? As much as it fits?
Sinova74 1 year ago
@Sinova74 the easies way to get the solution into your ear is by GENTLY squirting it in using a syringe. If you can get someone else you trust to do it for you, it will be less tricky :)

hi there, I'm not medically trained so can't advise you but can share with you that what I've done is use olive oil as soon as I feel my ear is blocked - and if it really gets so bad that olive oil doesn't work and I can't hear, I used the method in this video, which worked a treat.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 2 years ago
@MyRawFoodWeightLoss the lady saids put the hydrogen poroxide and lay there. if u place in your right ear, do u lay on your left side where the paroxide wont come out, or do u just lay facing up? Thanks.
southstar0511 1 year ago
@southstar0511 Hi there, yes, lie on the opposite side so the liquid doesn't run out of your ear canal. eg. lay on your left side if you are treating your right ear :)
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 1 year ago
Thanks for that! My left ear is completely blocked can't hear from it! my Doctor told me to put olive oil in my ear for 2 weeks to soften up the wax i've used it for 2 days and I still can't hear from it. When I do put olive how much shall I put in? doctor gave me a 2 ml syringe?
Any ideas Sarah?
sufy1000 2 years ago
When I use olive oil in my daughter's ears I get her to lie down on her side and carefully pour some in, then massage lightly so any air bubbles come out and allow the oil to move down into the ear canal. I then pour a little more in and do the same asking her to lie like that for at least 10 mins. I also use some cotton wool to stop it making a mess when she turns over but make sure you don't push this deep into the ear.
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 2 years ago
Thanks for that. I'm just wondering seeing as though olive oil is not i'm gonna start using earol is it ok if I change to earol?

i just use hydrogen peroxide in for the first time my right ear and i wash it out. then i put it on my left ear then i got dizzy very dizzy. i think it messed with the thing it the ear that keeps you balance. like being sea sick for me. any idea how this happen? i will not use hydrogen peroxide again. still feeling weird.
fenix0green 2 years ago
you know th more u use it the more and quicker you make more of the wax lol
Cyclops4770 2 years ago
I would only suggest using the method if you were unable to clear the wax naturally. And before doing this I would also suggest trying to soften up wax by dripping good old olive oil in for a few days first - most times that will clear things. :D
MyRawFoodWeightLoss 2 years ago
= [ that must be annoying
Cyclops4770 2 years ago
hiya - I felt dizzy too. I guess it's from the movement on your ear drum from the fizzing of the hydrogen peroxide solution then the motion of water against it when you syringe yr ears gently. Also the sudden unblocking could be a factor too. It soon passes and the relief from being able to hear again made it worth it for me!
