you white is really smooth, which is a hard thing to do... or did you use white primer??

red part of the cloak looks a bit plain, maybe some highlights or shades woul make it look even better

you need to do many waterd down coats of white to get a nice smooth finish, i normaly base it with snakebite leather or bleach bone to start
