No my friend it isn't an anime, it's one of the most under appreciated RPG series. This is the 2nd one of the Lunar seires. Pain in the ass, but pretty damn fun. Battle system is kinda similar to Chrono Trigger.
This scene was very fun to watch. Hell man talk about a jaw dropper for Hero.
