were you able to do all those exercise before you got the iron gym? I just got mine and it's pretty hard to do pull ups...I can't even do 1 wide pull up...
@K1llJ0Y94 i would tell you but i dont live in that apartment anymore. I have seen doors that are wider and certain workoutbars are made wide to accomodate that
@Minotauros I've never tried that, but I bet you could. Just shortening and lengthening the straps is a bit of a pain so I wouldn't change it up too much but that's a great idea.

@sonicpj15 when you do it make sure you are facing the right way next time. Think about which way the exercise will cause the most momentum and face the way that will prevent it from detaching. This almost happened to me once too.
@sonicpj15 Right, you are not supposed to swing with these things. Any momentum can move the bar. In a way, it's better for you since it forces you to be better about technique
@sonicpj15 did it knock your breathe out? ouch! did you install the silver metal piece between the door frame and the wall? i know this makes a BIG difference

You should put your feet on a step to even out the rings.
On another note..Who needs weights when your body is all you need.
I came across a girl that does the most amazing home exercises for full body.
Check out bodyrock here on youtube..the simplest exercises that are hardest work the best and she has them..

i did the lever pull up and the momentum shifted the bar off the door and i fell flat on my back, biggest regret of my life x_________x
