pancake recipie from germany like my granny made it. flower eggs and milk 1:1:1. add some more flower till the stuff is like thick-sperma. 1/2 teasponn salt. - put 1 spoon of small ham cubes into a pan and ad a bit butter or oil. put 1/2 cup of the stuff into a pan and shake it. bake it on low flame till the stuff is not rinsing anymore, than turn it with spatula or flip it. guten appetit!

Did you allow the pancake to cook on the one side fully before flipping it over. Using a spatula to flip it over helps but you have to be quick if not well you know the result is lol . Good video helpful tips thumbs up to this video.
