damn, I lift weights its been 15 years and this guy taught me how to lift weights a couple of months ago. I learned just by watching the subtleties in his trainning. Thou it feels like he is about to day anytime during those exercises, and I feel the same. PUSH IT TO THE LIMITS! its the only way.
