That being said, I LOVE what Pappy's does with their 'open until we run out of meat' policy. The best way I've ever heard for a restaurant to guarantee flavor and freshness with food that they put a lot of effort into.

I know a lot of my college friends will hate me for saying it, but the barbecue is REALLY overrated by the locals and traveling northerners in St. Louis (and KC for that matter). It's definitely not bad, but anyone eating barbecue north of (maybe) Memphis is getting a toned down version meant to satisfy New Yorkers and Chicagoans.

cause the real swiss cheese that is famous is called gruyiere and it has no hole ,.....
