It's impossible to brick your psp "for good" now afaik. You can always ask around and I'm sure you'll find someone with custom firmware psp. Unfortunately for you it's impossible now to have a full custom firmware psp 3000, without messing with the hardware. But just wait, it's a matter of time before it's cracked all the way, they already found an exploit to run homebrew, etc. ;]

oh, sry didn't get what you meant the first time, was too tired at the moment. You need to have a custom firmware installed on your psp. If you do I believe the info about installing it is the readme file included in the download. If you don't have a custom firmware on your psp just google for a tutorial, there are plenty of them those days...

Sorry mate, this was filmed more then a year ago... I don't have that theme anymore and I dont even remember how was it called....

Well first of all you need a psp with custom firmware to be able to run it.

And no it won't wreck your psp if you put it on.

And, there are ways to repair your psp in home environment from any possible system failure.

No, you actually do it yourself at home, I did.

Just google for it and you should find a plenty of guides on "how to flash your psp".

It also depends on the current version of your sony psp firmware and if its slim or phat.

But regardless you can modify any version of psp, and its 100% safe.
