  • love this...going to work on my daughter's hat now...thanks~!

  • The feet shaping is nothing to write home about, but; man will they be warm. I used one skein wool ease thick and quick per sock which is a wool acrylic blend that is washable and dryable. I was hoping this would come a little past the knee. It was only enough to go to the knee though. I wonder if they will felt at all. They would probably look a lot better if they did.

  • Well, my first toe up socks somehow I managed to knit 2 at a time on 2 circular needles and added another circular needle into the mix to where I was rotating needles. I had to do that because my needles were only 24 inches. I have a 40 inch circular but the tubing comes off so that was too frustrating to mess with. Once both feet were done I switched to one at a time on an 11 inch ciruclar. LOL I'm doing super bulky yarn on a US size 3. I have one sock done!

  • could you use this method with two at a time socks?

  • @christysgoodlife you can knit socks 2 at a time on 2 circular needles.
