  • I thought the wrist being slightly twisted was where your power came from? 'whipping' your wrist at impact was the idea?

  • @piecemaker1911 your wrist play a major part in power, you hinge them on the backswing then crack them down to the ball, think about how you would crack a whip same idea, the arms when cracking a whip will go straight like the golf swing so if you hold the club wrong you will have to rotate the club a great deal ( out of position) just to get the power in the swing, then you simply cant crack it to a straight right arm because the club is out of position ( open closed)
