yeah you strum a lot, with the red-green red-yellow part you can strum just twice and with the solos (like the red-green-red-yellow-blue part) just once

i think you can get 100% if you don't strum that much

btw Guitar Hero II is easier than Guitar Hero I, with Guitar Hero I you have to strum for every note (or hammer-on/pull-off), you can't just slide

you need to do the pull-offs more, instead of playing all those notes that are close together, just play the first one, and then press the fret buttons of the other ones as they come up, that's what works for me. Good job though. You're great.
