It's a woman! She just has very theatrical stage make-up + a wig.

Telltale signs: 1.) the bulbous nose and weirdly-proportioned forehead; 2.) the excessive whipping of the hair, in only the right-to-left direction (it's a wig); 3.) dancing movements too jerky; lacks that natural and psychological "center of gravity" which guides a real woman's dance movements. (And we all know where that "center" lies.)
