Hey, i'm back again! Did you tried to do a HARD Reset? (Pushing and holding GREEN + RED + CAMERA when powering up). Man, its just i hate those f***ing
care center. They are just burglards. They will do that for you. And you will pay a lot of money for that. If you have your phone back, answer the message with the results.
mine was unlocked, and updated. i check every week for updated with the SW update app on the phone. was a software bug which was fixed by nokia after taking the phone to them.
hey dude! Look, I had the same problem with the phone. You can solve it, by performing a soft reset, writing with your phone *#7370#. BUT FIRST, save all your personal information, because all your data will be deleted, but the phone will run ok.
@pablo4225 hey thanks for the idea!! but that wont work...as i cant get to the dialer... its 100%frozen as you can see. but i have sent it to nokia they re fixing it (sent today)

my phone was fixed by nokia for free :D, i will keep this in mind for the next time this happens. Thanks for the info

Update to the last firmware, version 5 already, Vodafone and other mobile operators just are too lazy to update them...
