  • mariops2 - Well, now you have!

  • hgh?

  • @muscelcarsrgay - Nope...don't need any hgh, but thanks :)

  • Damn this is crazy good job man

  • FUUUUUUAAAAARK!!!!!

  • i thought your head would pop :S

  • all i can say is: holy fucking shit.

  • are you natural?

  • @angel11811 - Yes, I am natural and compete as a natural professional bodybuilder

  • @Sporto4323 respect, total respect , killer body , killer arms

  • P.S. the ez curl bar weighs only 20 lbs

  • @nickmayer152 - P.S. they don't all weigh the same...I actually took mine over to the scale and weighed it out. But thank you so much for your concern tough guy lol.

  • definitely not good form, you got momentum from going too low which forces you to swing the weight, and you let your tri's rest since you went too much forward, post a video of you touching the bar right above your head with YOUR ELBOWS STATIONARY the entire time and at the top stop in the same line where you started at the bottom (not above your upper chest). Anyone who knows how to do these properly will know its difficult to do this with weights like 200 lbs

  • @nickmayer152 - My triceps were engaged just fine throughout the movement and were completely smoked the next day, but hey, thank you for all the great advice lol.

Anyone who knows how to lift weight properly knows that an advanced lifter like myself doesn't have to use light weights with perfect form to grow like beginners such as yourself. Some of us that re way beyond your level need heavier weight to grow. But, since you are just a tiny little guy, I'm not surprised you didn't know...

  • @Sporto4323 don't flatter yourself "big guy", your gyno doesn't fool anybody, also I never claimed that your triceps weren't engaged, all i said was your form was bad for a standard skullcrusher, putting up videos like these don't prove your strength, it can be compared to someone bench pressing while bouncing the weight off their chest and lifting their ass off the bench, it really isn't a benchpress, but hey his chest was still engaged right?

  • @frontdoublebi - LOL! Guys like you crack me up...I love it! How about this, you keep doing what you are doing, I'll keep doing what I am doing, and we'll just agree to disgree...mmkay? That way, since my form is just SO horrible (which wasn't even the point ofthe video or the set if you knew how to read properly), then your triceps will be as big as mine someday with all of your perfect form sets. Great! Moving on!

  • @Sporto4323 and how would you know if i was a beginner or not,do you know me? No,you don't. You're overconfident on your strength level and the way you see yourself. And on another note, your back looks like shit, focus some time on learning how to develop it.

  • @frontdoublebi - It's blatently obvious what kind of a person you are by the way you carry yourself and the ridiculous comments you make in order to make yourself feel better about the low life you are and your lack of accomplishments. The fact that you even bothered wasting your time to create another screen name to comment is just sad and pathetic lol. My back, even as a weak point, was still good enough to win the overall at both my shows :)

  • @Sporto4323 my accomplishments?? I'm 192 lbs 5'10, dl 545 for 3, squat 505 and bench 295, and im not even a powerlifter, it's BLATANTLY obvious that by the time I'm your old ass age I'll be even stronger and alot more developed, you were lucky no real men showed up to your shows cuz that was the only way you could win the overalls, and I'll keep making screennames as long as you keep blocking them you smug tool

  • @yourlatspreadsucks - I'm very flattered you take such an interest in me lol. I think everyone should take note at how easy it is to make up lifting numbers without videos to back it up (which still aren't impressive at all). It's obvious with those made up numbers you aren't any kind of lifter, so I guess it doesn't matter anyway LMAO

  • @yourlatspreadsucks - And a lot of great bodybuilders were at each of my shows. In fact, at my pro show, the guy who won the overall just the previous year was in my class, as well as some other famous names. So that just goes to show how ignorant you are at both making up fake lifts AND the other ridiculous information you just posted LOL.

And go ahead and keep making up screen names - it just shows how sad and pathetic your life is that you keep doing it and coming back for more LMAO

  • @yourlatspreadsucks - Oh, and I'm sorry to say there sport, but not even all the drugs in the world will ever allow you to get up to my level, let alone surpass me...but whatever makes you feel good about yourself there kiddo - just keep deluding yourself!

  • @frontdoublebi - And I'm actually pretty humble, which anyone who knows me will tell you, but I do like to reciprocate the attitude and ego that idiots like yourself throw around on youtube hiding behind a computer screen. You reek of jealousy and insecurity - maybe stop pointing the finger elsewhere about "the way you see yourself" and maybe look in the mirror?

  • @nickmayer152 your suppose to work what works for you. You think lifting weights is universal for everyone? Of course not, it's relative to the person. what works for him may not work for others. If your sole purpose is form, form, form, like you, so be it. But he's actually got the physique to back up the way he trains...:-/

  • try it on an incline sometime, helps with the hip swing you had going. other than that, great work, me and my friends are the only ones in our gym doing skull crushers by the way, i love that exercise

  • @bigomondis104 - Yeah, I'll give it a try. This was just my first attempt ever with this kind of weight, so I was unsure what it was going to look and feel like.

  • @sporto4323 - sorry to bug ya with a question, can skull crushers be done with a different form? When I do them the bar actually almost touches my forehead and my elbows just act as a pivot point. I'm assuming that I have probably been doing them wrong but am going to try this form next time. Thanks for all the videos brother!

  • @sdtarheels - Yes they can, what's important is to just find the form that is easiest for you to perform. I like going behind my head because I have the same problem with my elbows if I come straight down to my forehead...

  • Nice dude! skull crushers are tough. thats why you rarely see many people do them in most gyms. Is there any natural pro who has stronger triceps then yours? serious question haha

  • @aaron07311 - I have no clue, but I am sure there is!

  • Strong guy. Keep it up.

  • beast mode engaged!

  • great for a natural, is this start of your routine? i usually do cgbb and rope extensions before this

  • @xxxsmokey - it varies...sometimes I start off with it, sometimes it's later on in the workout...

  • You are a beast tommy! keep it up.

  • Thanks for the nice comments guys - just trying to make as much progress as I can before I step on stage again!

  • This is why he has huge triceps thats crazy strong. I thought I was strog with 1 45lb plate per side for 12! Nice man

  • you swing so much it's more like a pullover.

  • @dt76028 - Hmm...that's weird, my triceps were really sore, but no part of my back was. But thank you for the awesome feedback!

  • @Sporto4323 dont mind him hes a turd. you do what makes the muscle work..ive never not been impressed with any of your videos. you are a good image for our sport.

  • @ale6369 -LOL, yes - he's definitely a turd. I just love these interent tough guys, don't you?

And thanks for the kind words, I really appreciate that!

  • @Sporto4323 hate em, you guys work hard and wish to share your videos with others, and all they do is criticize..i wont put any of my vids up anymore..god only knows what the trolls would say..good work brother.

  • @ale6369 - yeah, comes with the territory I suppose. A lot more people appreciate the videos, so it's worth it to me to put up with these idiots who have no videos of themselves. The problem is, any time these insecure, jealous kids sees someone that is better than them, that's how they respond to it. Shows a lot about them as a person and their character - like the idiot nickmayer/frontdoublebi...what a sad excuse for a human being...

  • @Sporto4323 I hear you brother, however for me when i see one of your videos or some other bodybuilder doing an all out awesome lift, it makees me proud to know that there is someone out there making our sport looking good. I've only been bodybuilding for two years, but i have come to understand that a mans hard work (like yours) must be appriciated and admired.

  • i go on a slight incline to reduce the flippage, lol, but then u might start to slide down the other direction, gosh why does lifting heavy have to be so difficult :)

  • Awesome!

  • Strong shit man.

  • LOL!...DUDE!...Awesome set!..I love skull crushers! My fav tricep exercise or dips!

Your face went a lil red ay! gd work Tommy!

  • what size are your arms?

  • @sebbbi91 let me guess..19.7 lol

  • @sebbbi91 - They are just underneath 20"...I'm working on breaking the 20" mark hopefully this offseason!

  • @Sporto4323 You can do it man! Break that 20" mark! :D

I'm working on breaking the 16" mark myself.

  • That's insane!. I pulled both my tricep muscles a while back attempting 115 for just 1 rep on the straight bar!

  • @Sporto4323

Damn.. I've never heard of a guy just under 20 inch arms that has not used gear...
