There is no way to record the cinema files, you'd probably have to record it manually

Anybody knows how to do stealth kills in the competitive modes in the demo? I press square when I'm close someone of the enemy team and he/she is not seeing me, I press square but my character melees the guy. I saw some people killing me with stealth moves but I can't do it! Do I have to press another button or hold square?

Nope, just press square behind someone. Sometimes you don't get it though if you're not directly behind them. ;D

You play a match and the footage gets saved to the game. You can edit it from changing to to night time with fog, or daylight. There are bunch of other options. You'll still need to use the dazzle to get it off the game onto your computer.

The tank just turns up randomly in Machinima Mode, normally after about 4-5 minutes.

I think it also makes an appearance in the later stages of multiplayer games like Gold Rush just to ramp up the difficulty even more.

Each clip had to be recorded separately. After I recorded one I rewound the video and then moved the camera to set up the next one.

Occasionally I'd get the angles wrong and end up missing the action entirely...for example that slow moving shot at 1:01 took like four attempts as I kept moving the camera too fast

they go to ND's servers. They arent VIDS. they are actual game files. So you can then go into the cinema mode, press triangle to see your uploaded files. Then you can attach the files onto messages to your PSN mates. They can then view the file on their copy of uncharted 2 and have full control over the camera etc.

I don't know much about capture cards (unfortunately) but the external Hauppauge HD-PVR device that I use cost me about £160 last year.

If you stay on the main menu, random music from the game will play continuously. So I just recorded the main menu screen for about 20 minutes and then used short clips of the music for the video
