  • It was a great video, so simple and yet very effective. Just wondering what is the name of the dye you used, thanks for sharing

  • @cheekycurt The dye is our Tulip One-Step Fashion Dye. Did you mean the colors?

  • @DuncanCrafts I just wanted to know the name of the dye, thanks

  • The Dye we use is Our very own Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Kits, you can purchase the kits at Michaels Arts and crafts, Joann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, WalMart & at your Local Craft stores. For more info on the kits we produce please visit us at ilovetocreate. com Have a great time crafting.

  • To everybody that is hating this video i just want to say that tulip one step tie dye is NOT a professional dying kit. It is simply for people that are beginning to learn to tie dye and i find their videos quite helpful.

  • Your demo had good music, lighting and peppy host, but an elementary project. This is what kids do at birthday parties.

  • @wisfritz4 Thanks for your comment! Yes, this is the beginner technique for Shibori. It can get really elaborate and beautiful, and we wanted to show the basic technique to get everyone started.

We actually do get people sending photos from birthday parties and baby showers for onesies, so it's funny you mention that!

  • Demo is useless unless you show the actual garment made. Demo was of one color--best display garment showed bands of two colors. It's not clear how the two colors would be kept from bleeding if you rolled the pipe as in the demo.

  • @4Eyesism Yes, we agree we need to show the finished project for our how-tos.Thanks for sharing your opinion!

  • All i heard was roll and pipe.

  • That was a bad demo. You should learn to do it properly before you show it.

  • @Uniquelyyours1 Sorry you didn't like our demo. There are several ways to create the shibori effect. This is one of many!

  • Can I see the end result?

  • dude show me what the shirt you made looked like
