I actually find it encouraging that the 'budget Guy' is a total Dr Nerd. To me uncomfortable on camera equates to smart management of my money, and computer and math skill.

Too long have we had "car salesman"esque money people; I'd actually be comfortable asking that man questions, and I bet Obama and his advisors feel the same way. He was hired for his skills, adn his one-on-one communication. RM is a news Nerd (her words), so they fit, too.
