June 15/From the NY Times, by David Sanger: Nuclear Ring Reportedly had Advanced Weapon Design.

A scientist, who ran a nuclear smuggling ring, was under house arrest since '04 claimed to have no access to the weapons design in question, but electronic blue prints for an advanced nuclear weapon were found on his computer, according to investigators.
