Ah of course the fotopic site, yeah, haven't looked at that. I had seen you combined it with the Rail Tour, just wondered if you had filmed on the Unit itsself.
Arriva Trains Wales isn't the only company using heritage DMU's in daily service; Chiltern trains uses one (can anyone confirm this), there's also an engineer's bubblecar, a sandite bubblecar etc (again, can anyone confirm this, please?). Cheers GreatWestern175!
You can find that working the Cardiff Queen Street to Cardiff Bay services. I don't know how long it's gonna last for, so get it while you can! Cheers Woolybak8; check out my channel for other things going on that day!
LOL @ the drug addict leaning out the window i thought Health and safty see the end off all these units ★★★★★

I don't think he was a drug addict, just a bit of a flaining basher. H&S haven't done away with these classic DMU's at all. Thanks!

Did you get a ride on it? I am considering going down for this bubble unit but its quite a way to go for one unit that doesn't go very far.

Well, I didn't film the journey; Cardiff Bay is only ten minutes away from Queen Street. Cheers video47!

Very unsual to see an old generation DMU on a commuter service! Wonder what passengers are thinking about travelling in them??

Hey were you wearing a white cap on the day?
Hyperen 3 years ago
No, I wasn't. Why?
theamateurbasher 3 years ago
I was at Queen Street from around 1320 before getting on the 1342 down to the bay and returning on the 1419.
Just thought you might have been the someone I can see in my video from onboard the 121 departing Queen St.
Hyperen 3 years ago
I must have been later on from you then.
theamateurbasher 3 years ago
I don't suppose you were out the window or anything at Caldicot later on in the day?
Hyperen 3 years ago
I don't think I was. Seen the video (five stars btw), but not me out of the window; I must have been sat down. Cheers anyway Hyperen!
