  • Nick, looking good but I think your lats need to be wider and your rear delts are lagging. Heavy weighted pullups, and tons of pullups in general, should help some. And, yes, chest is a weakness too, but it's not terrible.

  • @pen0rprick It really doesn't matter a whole lot whether it's 6-8 or 3-4 meals. In the end, what matters most is your macronutrient intake, the number of meals is really dependent on your lifestyle and fits best for you. There is tons of research that says people should do yada yada yada meals ect, but people have experienced mindblowing results from as few as one meal a day(Warrior Diet), to as much as 8+ meals a day. In the end, it's what is most manageable and calories and macros are met.

  • @svennisss Try cooking the rice in broth. Sawnson has chicken, beef and vegatable. The rice will absorb the flavor as it cooks. Can do the same with boulllon cubes. If you like spicy food visit the orential isle and pick up any number of sauces. Mix in a tablespoon or two before eating.

    Who says you can't have your rice as a yummy desert? Cream rice pudding is easy to make, relatively low in fat, high in carbs, protein. Many recipes on web. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger.

  • @megacobrax it depends on how you store the rice, make sure its air tight, if its brown rice, i've had it there for 5 days and it was fine, just dont heat it up...i find that it tastes funny after being in the fridge for so long

  • @megacobrax i prepare my meals on a Mondays, each meal consists of white rice, by sunday the rice is still good! thats a full week.

  • The meat turning brownish is actually just the Vitamin C it was injected with wearing off. Meat + Vitamin C stays red longer, and makes it look appealing on the shelf for an extended amount of time.
