4-strokes might not have the take-off power of a 2-stroke but they top end jest as fast and don't heat up nearly as fast and get better gas.I would have to say that the 2-strokes are junk not the 4-stroke..think about it.

@Tim32500 Not true. 2 strokes produce about 30% more power for a given capacity, so you can gear them higher because they have the power to pull the gearing. The 2 strokes were always faster both on top speed and acceleration than the 4 strokes. 2 strokes do heat up quicker, but still they are more powerful than 4 strokes of the same size. The only reason we don't see many 2 strokes these days is that they pollute more than 4 strokes. Although, that said, Di technology is combating that

These are great bikes. AJS Raptors. Made in China sure, but under advice from the Brit AJS company, who made classic bikes since 1910.

49cc but there is a straight conversion kit to 90cc (cyclinder, big carb, sprockets etc) that'll make it fly.

In UK where law restricts 16 year olds to mopeds this is a serious stealth machine.

Tank paint job is a matter of choice though perhaps..

Actually it's a moped with 49,9~50cc 4-tact engine with four gears and it goes about 85 kmph.

I think it's good for money saving - it needs 2 litres of 95 for a 100 km :)
