You'd have to work up a simple Uke strum (2 plucks per measure at most mostly), like she did on her Carbon Dated Toast video. She's pretty much ditched her guitar efforts I think.

And you know what, it could also be adapted into one of those children picture books that plays this when you open it, by golly.
