@soulfirexx i guess in hindsight it seems like a clue but i see it as her grief, wanting to get over it but not being able get past losing him, not even being able to throw away things that he loved and that remind her of him.

He was administrated sodium morphate (what Sydney makes him drink in the preview video I think) and that make him look like dead, then he had an antidote.

This because Jack convince him that if Prophet five knew he was still alive, they'll chase him and that he wasn't able to fight back.

Vaughn explains that to Dixon when Dixon shows him  a picture of Isabel. ^^
