Uncharted Series = More of an action adventure game.

You can't compare those two games at all.

Uncharted series = Shitload of puzzles

Gears = few and simple puzzles.

Why not try to actually play the game(s) before you continue to talk about what you obviously have no knowledge of? I honestly think Gears is a great series, but it pales in comparison to Uncharted.

The only part where I did prefer Uncharted DF graphics was the jungle. The jungle from Uncharted DF looked more like a jungle, cause of the whole setting. Uncharted 2 jungle was awesome, but I like DF's more.

It's 2 years after Uncharted 2, people still talk about surpassing the graphics from U2. That's really amazing and I don't think it looked slightly better. U2 looked better in almost every possible way. The year after Uncharted, games were released with better graphics. People weren't talking let's surpass DF.

I just finished playing the first uncharted, I thought it was boring, predictable, and sometimes a bit frustrating. After u kill off the first 100 bad guys the other 500 after that gets a bit repiticious. Same with the zombie dudes. Could they not come up with something different. A few more check points would be nice. After killing 50 guys, and Drake gets killed he starts back at the same spot. The scenery was nice.

I think that one thing Uncharted 2 is missing, is that awesome clothes wrinkle effect. Yeah, its actually missing in 2 for some reason and it helps create much of that nice look Drake has. Actually, at times, it seems almost that the first is superior due to this.

ummmmm... I believe Uncharted 2 uses DIVX videos for its cinematic scenes... it clearly says on the game packaging that it uses the CODEC and I dont really see anywhere else in the game that its used other than the NAUGHTY DOG logo... but the cut scenes you can see video artifacts in uncharted 2.... so this comparison is SHIT!!! i have yet to play Uncharted 1 but judging from the clipping, i would say that could be real time cut scenes...

@dudman89 No they don't. GT5 runs at a point between 720p and 1080p. It confused me whilst I read it but it does. And MGS4 doesn't, on the back of the box it even says "720p", and if I remember correctly, natively it runs at a sub-HD resolution. Google it.
