i assume it's like fallout itself, and your character is represented by only their gender and the armour they have on. armour changes stuff like hair of course

Yes of course. At shootings of the given movie have been used only the client and a server + scripts.

a good example is counterstrike. i haven't played cs source but all i remember from playing the fist counterstrike are a bunch of idiots stabbing each other when friendly fire was on, or making dumbass comments.
