When someone new who is interested in art (me), I look at this and when I see you working on one part of this project, I see that the details look good enough, but then you come back in and just make them pop even more. That's mind blowing to me. My interest is game design and art is something that I would like to make top priority. I've only taken 3 art classes in High School. Nothing close to what this is lol. If I ever make it this far in art, I'll be so proud of myself for how far Ive come.

@TheAfterburn3r im interested in art too, mostly anime-ish, but i want to diversify my art style into something else, ive got my own tablet and started drawing digitally, currently practising coloring n such..most of my drawing knowledge are self taught and some of em from watching other people(my friends) and watching youtube videos, atleast u've studied art in highschool, i never took any xD though im sure with time and practise, i'll get there, n i'll be proud of myself too.

I live by using Corel Painter X for all my work.... To me, it's the best version. Phenomenal tutorial for beginers and people who may not know all the advantages of numerous layers....

When you are coloring and you go outside of the lines, how do you fix it later? Do you just have to go in and erase all the outside parts?

Which Corel Painter program did you use? I use Corel Painter Essentials 4 and it doesn't work to well...

@XxILoveHavestMoonxX i agree, essentials 4 doesnt work well. at least not as great as i wish it would. >P The colors dont blend well on mine, but i dont know whether its just me or the program :/

oye reiq yo soy usualmente un ilustrador mas de estilo caricaturezco pero me preguntaba que opinas de todas la mañas que se utiliazan gracias a photoshop, tu sabes las propiedades de las capas de multiplicar y todas esas cosas, usualmente las uso para las sombras pero yo meo que tu usas mas el color directo y sus variaciones, hay alguna especie de diferencia de los efectos de sombra a aplicar los colores directo?
