They've had this at the grocer across the street for about a month now...I've been curious, but I wasn't likely to buy it. After seeing this, I definitely won't. (I figured it would taste like cough drops just from the Menthol part.)

Oh, and for the record, I call it pop, soda, cola, etc. fairly interchangeably.

Fisherman's friends are nasty. I only use them when I have a really sore throat. The only thing worse than that is Buckley's cough syrup. Worst tasting cough syrup everrrr (but it works). I'll be sure to cross this drink off of my must try list.

I had that too, I agree. Fisherman's friend in a bottle! I recently tried the Pepsi Caribbean Gold drink and it was actually good! I liked it a lot! It reminded me of a lot of the crazy soda flavors you can find in South America. Give it a try!

I'd be careful drinking stuff like that. Food companies usually use mannitol or maltitol to produce that cold feeling in your mouth...but both of those compounds shrink the endothelial cells of your blood brain barrier. You end up allowing metals like aluminum and others into your brain, where they never leave. Usually it's in gum, but I can't imagine how much they'd put in a drink. Just sayin @_@. Mannitol is also used to allow antibiotics to pass the bloow brain barrier..for the same reason.

Haha i love these videos. my favorite drink when i was on exchange in Japan was 'Real Gold'. Now that i'm back in Australia, ive been craving it for 2 years! But i'm heading back to study in Japan for uni next year so i will definitely stock up.
