Alex, porfavor, preciso de uma orientação. Bom.. Ultimamente tenho realizado tecnicas de relaxamento até que chego em um estado no qual nem sinto meu corpo, só algum tipo de energia. Só que não consigo de nem uma forma sair do corpo! Será que estou fazendo certo?

Cara... nunca entendi isso mesmo, eu consciente, querendo me mexer e corpo paralisado como se tivesse possuído por um demonio rsrs. Durava uns 10 a 15 segundos, mexia os olhos mas não conseguia abrir. Já não tenho isso há uns 2 anos mas era frequente ter fases assim de 4, 5 dias consecutivos. Cara... nunca entendi isso mesmo, eu consciente, querendo me mexer e corpo paralisado como se tivesse possuído por um demonio rsrs. Durava uns 10 a 15 segundos, mexia os olhos mas não conseguia abrir. Já não tenho isso há uns 2 anos mas era frequente ter fases assim de 4, 5 dias consecutivos. Mas sempre acordava logo após isso, não tinha zumbido e nem lembrava do sonho.
