  • So I should start living like the Amish and make my own food?!

  • @wavepsychic he should tell us what the aliens from planet x told him

  • rami, I have weakened enamel due to a "permanent" retainer that become loose and scratched the inside of my front teeth. Now, I have a dull pain and am afraid of the welfare of these teeth. Especially, because they are in the front.

If I start this diet, will it maintain (or repair) my front teeth? Will the pain subside?

I've started the diet. Threw out all of the items which you stated were bad.

I run marathons also. what are the safest carbs. Is oatmeal ok?

  • is there a vegetarian sustitute, i eat butter and other dairy but not meat, fish or eggs? I think getting rid of cavities must also strengthen the bones Very good

  • Why not eat the bran and germ of grain? What is the problem with that?

  • @benobst the phytic acid in them which binds to minerals in our body and reduce their absorption, minerals like calcium, magnesium. zinc and phosphorous.

  • you are doing the work of God I see that the word of God is with you and the Spirit. we are ruled by the devil that is big corporation , central bank and public schools so they designed the sistem so that we need doctors, lawers, military .They have eliminated small family farms, small stores, and replaced it with corporations in the name of profits in the stock exchange the evil is that.politicians are corapted and control by the ones who finance their plitical campain : central bank The Feds

  • Hey Bro. your skin is GORGEOUS.. You look super heathy, bright eyes, must be the cod liver oil. I have been taking those in gels tablets.

  • Great series of videos, thank you!

    I ordered the book

  • while enamel no longer has ameloblasts which create enamel that is why enamel can no longer remineralize because they no longer have ameloblasts which produce enamel.

  • Donuts and cookies both cause S. Mutans and Lactobacillus because donuts are bacterial food as well as well as lack minerals which makes lactobacillus present. But when they do damage your tooth is at the demineralization stage and your saliva fights both S. Mutans and lactobacillus, when both are arrested the tooth can either remineralize or you can get tartar/calculus. However when you do have tooth decay you can use dentin to composite for lost enamel because it has odontoblasts while enamel.

  • Good video Rami. I'm a vegetarian so it's tough to consider eating all those meat products. However, I'll explore alternatives for myself. Thanks a lot

  • Wonderful information. Thank you

  • Seems like every time I went to the dentist, I had 3 to 6 cavitys. My last 2 or 3 check ups I was cavity free and all I did was start flossing better / more often.

  • and what alternative to take instead of raw milk and butter if you are lactose sensitive or intolerant?

  • what to do if you have hormonal problems..I produce too much prolactin and probably also have adrenal fatigue. Could these have caused me to have cavities?

And do you recommend oil pulling?

  • and what about eggs ?

  • Immense, I can't wait to get your ebook.

  • yo i respect you big time for puttin all this info together

  • Sure your web site can cure anything wrong with teeth, gums, anything else in or about the mouth that can go wrong? What about tooth tartar? Didn’t see the web site say anything about it. I think the cure tooth decay web site makes sense it explains why so many people need the dentist can you spread your message of the cure tooth decay web site around the world and of any other natural cures for minor to mayor acute and or chronic conditions because the health industries could be at fault.

  • Hi, do you recommend taking a-z vitamins aswell as a good diet?

  • What if your a vegetarian???

  • In part 1 you said that sugar is not a cause of tooth decay because it incapacitates the bacteria which is why it is used as a preservative in jams and such, but here you say to avoid. I agree we should avoid processed sugar due to health reasons but now I'm confused about why you just said to avoid it. could you clarify this for me?

  • What Im wondering is drinking raw milk. Regardless of it contain calcium, I hear controversies on how milk has compounds that leach calcium out of your body when, ironically, the milk contains calcium. Anyone care to enlighten me on that?

  • i heard of a doctor who discover that if you feed the baby at a specific point in life whit some substance it will develop 10x stronger tooth and never have tooth decay but unforcently some farmaceutic cpmpany buyed his ideea and silece him ....

  • you eat two of those bones per day? :/

  • I can see from your features how well nourished you are. I look at these so called "nutrition experts" like Jamie Oliver and they have crooked, bad teeth and bad skin. Here your skin looks smooth and clear, and it looks like your teeth look solid.

  • Hello, Just wondering about your theory. Can I stop brushing my teeth and just start eating you diet?

  • I watched these videos almost a year ago & only followed some of the protocol due to lack of income & access to most of the foods, but I can honestly say I have seen some results. I cut virtually all sugar from my diet, and I use a lot of grass fed "yellow butter" and free range eggs, etc, and no white flour products whatsoever. Had some teeth problems including a broken part of a molar and a few small visible cavities & sensitivity but chewing no longer hurts and cavities didn't progress..

  • i am lactose intolerant. With all that buttery dairy consumption what are all those non dairy guy/gals to do ?

  • @bbnne1 Actually greens have K1 NOT K2 vitamin and depend on microbes in your digestive system to convert from K1 to K2. If you have had antibiotics odds are your k1 to k2 conversion mechanism is shot to blazes and even if you haven't the conversion is not that good. Direct consumption of k2 is better than depending on the body to converse k1 to k2.

  • I was wondering if you can get your daily amount of bone marrow you need by making a bone stock. doesn't the marrow come out of the bones and into the broth? does that work?

  • I was wondering if you can get your daily amount of bone marrow you need by making a bone stock. doesn't the marrow come out of the bones and into the broth? does that work?

  • I don't get it, humans are plant eaters... I would assume there is a vegetarian way of getting the proper nutrients to prevent tooth decay, but you implied that people have to eat fish heads and organs to get them in the second video, lol. I bet vegetarians share this lack of tooth decay with a lot of these other people. Or do they? Wouldn't taking plain vitamins work? Is there any mercury in that cod liver oil? I don't trust it... That and it just sounds disgusting. Isn't there another way?

  • what are your thoughts on raw chicken?? And what about grass fed bacon fat collected from cooking??

  • how do u ferment ur veggies? can u plz suggest

  • rami hi !

can u plz tell me how do u ferment ur viggies at home?

i want to do mysel f rather than buy something processed

    thanx

  • So basically these are the main foods in my diet, I sometimes cheat a little, but not much.

Is this diet good enough to have good teeth?I'm worried because of the huge number of teeth fixes I had before this diet (I used to eat like a regular person does, but became almost a raw vegan for about half a year, which pretty much sucked)

  • Also, I would like to ask you what do you think about my diet:

I sometimes eat pork from farmers/ raw or steamed fish like every second day/ a few fruit a day/ fermented, raw or steamed vegetables every day/ fermented milk and cottage cheese from farmers about every second day/ grain porridge with butter almost every day/ some nuts and seeds or organic raw eggs.

  • I would like to ask you what do you think of raw pork? Is it safe to eat? I buy it from the farmers, not sure of what it's been fed, I guess organic stuff, but not sure if grass or hay was a part of the pig's diet.

Also, what do you think about hay fed butter?

What do you think about eating oat meal or non fermented soaked grains like buckwheat, millet or rice? Is it bad for teeth?

  • If lack of nutrients cause tooth decay I can not help but wonder what is happening inside of our bodies.

  • @wavepsychic Bone loss is happening inside of our bodies.

  • ea i was wondering if that is whats happening with our teeth from bad foods what is happening the in iinside of our stomach from the same foods

  • why the obsession with animal livers and stuff? all of the vitamins mentioned can be gained from sunlight and fruit/veg, right? Vitamin K is folate and comes from greenery...

  • Thank you. I am quite familiar with Weston Price and we have been on raw milk for 2 years, though only 2 gallons a week for a family of 5. Not enough. We need to implement more of your protocol, it is very interesting.

  • "has many holes"-cute pun :)

I am looking for a vegetarian option. My daughter is struggling with cavities (she is not vegetarian, but I am and some of these foods you mention are not conducive to my worldview).

  • Very interesting! I'd like to try this, as I have a severe cavity and I'm not too thrilled about having to go to the dentist to have the tooth root canaled.

  • I appreciate your effort, good job. It's inspiring to see people that push health and consciousness as far as you. I will try to do some of these things and see how I feel!

  • I guess I have to starve, I can't afford eating this healthy.

  • I am enjoying the information you are giving but the "special" diet you are giving seems very complicated and very expensive. Not to mention raw fermented fish? Doesn't fermented equal spoiled?

  • @pixiehollow103 Actually, fermentation is not the same as spoiling. Fermentation is the breakdown of complex organic molecules into simpler molecules (for example, turning cabbage into saurkraut and grape juice & yeast into wine). It is usually done in the absence of oxygen and for food consumption, is done under sanitary conditions.

However, the author of the book needs to tell us why fermented fish, and fermented cod liver oil, is somehow more nutritious than fresh?

  • Do the foods have to be raw? D:>

  • I'm starting to eat fish, carrot juice, raw milk, and in the same place I get my milk from they sell raw butter, and other fruits and veggies. I'll start taking those other things you mentioned too! Very insightful.

  • The info's quite helpful, but what supplements can be used that's readily available. Cod Liver Oil, sure.

Animal organs, Fermented Veggies hardly palatable.

What mineral supplements/drinks can be used?

  • love ur videos, its very educated. its true our teeth are weaker and our great ancesstors their teeths were much stronger.

  • Why not just get the vitamins from the sun and fruits and vegetables? Liver is unnecessary.

  • I suggest you study the work of Weston A. Price as mentioned here. Or likewise, you could do your own first-hand research and attempt to uncover primitive groups, traditional people or societies that subsisted on "sun and fruits and vegetables".

Let us know if you dis-cover any groups that did so successfully, generation after generation.

  • iam a vegan and it is disgustung to eat liver even though i used to eat that when i was a kid but when u think of people ike the ancient egyptians they used to eat these foods thats why they wer the strongest humans that ever lived on this earth so we are just not eating right in our generation

  • Is there a substitute for these recomended foods that I can find in a supermarket? thanks

  • Can't I just take those vitamins and be healthy. See I eat healthy but I don't think the fish they sell in the stores nowadays are fresh

  • Is wholegrain bread out of the question?

Also could you expect to see any re mineralization of the teeth using this diet.

Ive heard some toothpastes prevent this, do you reccommend any tooth pastes?

  • @MrHuggyuk

Anything with NovaMin, which is basically a paste with Calcium Sodium Phosphosilicate. I use a brand called Oravive, but there are several other brands that have the same benefit.

  • Hi thankyou for sharing this information, hopefully your message will get out there.

2 questions, firstly is wholegrain bread out of the question? if so do you get your carbohydrates entirely from vegetables?

and also, have you seen remineralization of the tooth enamel using your methods? Ive heard that some tooth pastes prevent remineralization.

    Thanks again

  • Hi Rami I have a question: How do you know if you have a filling? It seems sort of a dumb question, but years ago when I was little I remember my dad sending me to the dentist to have my molars worked on. The dentist put some weird tissue-like material on my teeth. I look at my teeth today and can't find a filling. Maybe it's a white filling I'm not sure.

  • Thank you soo much for the videos..

It is really useful. You are right..

I have been having tooth decay, teeth loosen and lots of problem with my tooth since young.. Which i dont eat vegetables and fruits.. From Today onwards, i will watch what i eat..

  • My dog used to have a rash. She would start scratching and within a few days she will have soars/wounds. We would get the vet. And he would give her anibiotic injections and then follow up with anibiotics for a couple of weeks. This happened several times a year for two years.

Finally I changed the vet. The new vet said stop feeding her liver. Because this is what we fed her. For the past six months she is rash free and is beautiful.

Liver is where all the toxins are. It is a no no.

  • Dogs eat their own poop. We cannot compare a dog diet to a human diet 100%.

Liver can cause irritation in people with very sensitive digestion, and I am not an expert in the raw animal food diet for dogs.

  • @yourreturn - Dogs eat their own feces because their diets are suffering from a lack of nutrients, supplied in a diet natural for them. Wild canines eat the intestines and the partially digested vegetation in the GI tract of their herbivore prey first. Then the other organs, then the muscle meat. Urban/suburban dogs don't have this opportunity.

  • @Happen2008 Also corn and soy can cause dogs to have allergic rashes, and even if you feed them a corn and soy free diet the liver could have been from cows who ate corn and/or soy meal. I had a dog who I had to buy food containing grass fed chicken and beef only. If he ate commercial dog food ( even good ones like IAMS) he got rashes from the corn and soy additives as well as the meat as the animals were corn fed.

  • @Happen2008 The question of what is your source for the liver should be considered. A diseased animal vs. an animal raised on its' proper food, i.e. liver from grass-fed, healthy cow, or from a cow raised on grain, sawdust, and antibiotics. Clearly when animals eat sick animals, they get sick - just look at our society.

  • @Happen2008 - Liver from all sources is not the same. Healthy livers from healthy animals raised on healthy feeds on healthy lands is healthy. Most commercially available liver comes from industrially produced cattle, raised on GMO feeds (soy & corn), grown on lands depleted of nutrients & minerals and full of toxic chemical residues - and grown with toxic chemicals. Liver sold specifically for pets comes from animals not fit for human consumption.

  • Would these dietary suggestions also help rebuild tooth enamel lost by bruxism (grinding one's teeth at night)? I have grinded some of my teeth down to the dentin on some of my teeth. How long does it take to grow new enamel? Thank you for this series of videos!

  • It can make your teeth more resistant to the grinding. Many times grinding can contributed too by a nutrient deficiency.

  • I believe you should inform heloise9 of the real cause of her bruxism... It's a physical act the jaw does to relieve stress - or it could be a physical habit. Over time, small amounts of enamel break off, causing not only possible sensitivity, but also bone loss on the affected teeth. To go as far as saying it can be caused by a nutrient deficiency is a little ridiculous.

I certainly believe that our diets cause most of our dental problems, but not all. (I'm a student dental hygienist)

  • @yourreturn Teeth grinding could also could be a sign of parasite infection

  • i just got he latest edition of uncensored and saw a write up on this guy so watched the three vids, sounds all good to me you might get some more traffic on here now, cheers Pat

  • thanks mate i have terrible teeth and just might give this a try i think ill find it hard as im used to eating crap most of the time , but i think it might be time for a change.

  • if you take cod fish oil + alfalfa or wheat grass you dotn need to take meet.. cod fish oil have aprox. 400 vitamin D + Alfalfa have a lot of calcium, magnesium & vitamin K that are essential for bones health.. so in staid of eating meet feed with grass take the grass !!!!

a lot of pur natural bio available vitamin C like acerola will decrease you tooth inflamation & fever if you take 500mg to 1500mg a day.. thanks to acerola it have saved my life lol when i was not able to go to the dentist..

  • you dont need meet for that.. if you take liver oil + alfalfa or wheat grass you dotn need meet feeded with grass instaid you take the grass alone.. in alfalfa you have calcium magnesieum & vitamin K that are essential for bones health!

  • Bravo!

  • original oatmeal is just rolled oats, right? Thats what it says on the quaker box and I'm making sure there is no flour involved.

  • Thank you for this video series!

  • I'm eating organic raw eggs. Is this okay even though they're not grassfed?

Also, where can I get the raw kefir, raw yogurt, bone marrow, wild caught fish w/organs for broth, raw-fermented salmon, and wild caught mollusk.

    Thanks

  • hey, elmo's behind you... and he has no teeth! i guess he wasn't able to see the video in time

  • You got youthful look

  • I mean, so Honey is a no-no because of its sugar content?

  • So I guess Honey is out of the question, right? 8/

  • Can you tell me more, like more "simple" foods that we can get in the market? and Plus does cheese work?

  • Such an important video has so few views? People are too busy with useless information.

Thanks for this series it was important and amazing I recently moved to start using quinoa + oatmeal for my carbohydrates as a breakfast. Now its time to convince my mom to stop buying so much processed trash food :P

  • who has time and money for all that. and if you are vegatarian then what.

  • Pay for good food, or pay the doctor and dentist for your medications to treat your poor health.

If you are a vegetarian than I suggest raw milk from pasture fed cows.

  • Rami, I enjoyed your video. The amount of fermented food that you suggested surprised me. Would this kill the bacteria in your gut? Let me know. Joe

  • The more fermented, aged, soured foods, the better we are off as they are easier to digest.

  • Very interesting, you make a lot of sense. Don't know if I will be able to wrestle the marrow-bone from my dog though, he's a German shepherd, perhaps you could research and post an article on curing dog bites.

Will start the new diet next shopping day, many thanks.

  • what would u recommend for bleeding gums? or puffy gums

  • Go to my website listed in video comment box and visit the gum disease page.

  • raw milk must taste bad i rather eat carrots

  • would you recommend using tooth soap? It goes with everything you are talking about.

  • Out of curiosity... Cod liver oil is Omega-3 right? or is it completely different.

  • thank you so much for the info. this is invaluable to me. i got all the things i need, i will begin the diet as soon as i detox my body of yeast and poisens. take care!

  • very informative

  • So the entire profession of dentistry is a big scam. Think of all that mercury they've been dumping in people's mouths over the years(children and pregnant women) for the sake of this racket! This info confirms my suspisions. Thanks.

  • In the past, dentists who placed mercury fillings were called quacks, the material they placed in people's mouths was called "quaksilber" translated to English is call quicksilver. Yes, dentists have been poisoning people with quicksilver (mercury) for the last 100 years. However I don't know if I would say it is all a big scam. The people wanted a cheaper dental material. But there is alot of false knowledge, people harmed, and unnecessary treatments.

  • Thank you so much for sharing some of this information, i highly value it.

I will be sure to drop by your website.

You should also make a video on ozone, and so some research on it. Ozone is very interesting in it's curative properties.

    thanks again.

  • At 6:15 did you actually say that it's NOT good to eat raw vegetables because you don't as many nutrients? I thought that cooking veggies takes out the good stuff. Didn't the sun cook them enough?

  • It is a matter of how strong your digestive system is. Many types of raw vegetables are hard to digest. They may contain more nutrients raw. It's case by case on the vegetable and person if you want to eat them raw, juice them, or cook them or make soups.

  • Excellent and well done! Thank you

  • This coincides with what I am recently learning about LDL and HDL cholesterol. Thank you for this video, I can't wait to try this. Right now I am in so much pain from an abscessed tooth that I may not be able to sleep tonight. Because of this holiday, I have to wait to see if I can even get it worked on tomorrow, and because of a few that abuse hydrocodone -- all I was prescribed was 800 mg of Ibprophen WHICH DOES NOT WORK! Anyway thank you for these videos.

  • ok i am on my way to doing all these things, but how do i get the phophorus, if i cant eat the raw fish?

  • I don't know what the best sources of phosphorus are in general. But good sources include cheese, preferably raw, and lentils. Cooked fish also has phosphorus, but it is more difficult to digest and absorb cooked proteins for many people. I suggest soups and stews if you want to cook your proteins.

  • so will the high vitamin butter oil capsule work? and if so, how many capsules a day?

  • I does help. It is apart of a whole foods program. I don't have the capsule form. I suggest 1/2 teaspoon 2x daily for active cavities if you get the non-capsule version.

  • can you recommend the main things to help my teeth that i could purchase at a healthfood store or online? i am trying to avoid the raw fish part. other than that i am really interested. can i get these other nutrients through vitamin capsules. please tell me where to start! it seems like a lot a work!

  • Visit my website, see the comment box.

  • Thanks for the information cause got cavities and a little decay.

  • hi Rami..what about the tooth filling, will the tooth decay cure to normal once practice eating this nutrient stuff? And what kind of vegetables would you suggest to make juice? Thanks =)

  • I give my kids CLO which is orange flavored and emulsified. It mixes in great with fruit juice and has no fishy smell or taste. The kids actually like it. Even I can take it. Twin labs makes it and I found the best price at Swansons Vitamins website.

  • I had the idea to say it was nutrition

and not plaque but you be me to the

    punch some what.

  • Good videos. Tradionally veggie or vegan societies had good teeth too, so what you don't put in to your diet is as important as what you do. Also, green vegetables have stellar amounts of calcium and other minerals.

  • There have been no findings of an entirely vegetarian society that lived and had good teeth. Weston Price search the world to the end of his days looking for a people that were vegetarian that had good health and good teeth. Perhaps you know of a robust people that used no animal products seafood/dairy/meat?

  • Weston Price studied many different cultures from all over the world as have other people, and never found a people with good health. good teeth that did not eat some form of animal/seafood products. I know of no 'traditionally vegan' documented people that were entirely plant based that had great teeth/health. Actually Weston Price traveled the world and was looking for such a people, but never found any. Can you name such a people?

  • There is no such thing as a traditional vegetarian society. ALL traditional societies ate animals/animals foods, and typically lots of them.

  • Thank you very much for posting this, like MarkAnthonyJenkins I am experiencing gum loss, so I will practice your recommendations, although I find the meat components hard to swallow...how about wheat/cereal grass juices, after all the grass-fed animals tend to eat a lot of grass, and that is loaded with nutrients - I would avoid the hard to digest pulp, but I would think the juice must be a great substitute for much of the meat/liver - vegetarian animals have great teeth.

    Peace & blessings [08

  • What can I do to rebuild gum loss around my teeth? What products do you suggest?

  • Some people have had great results with gum loss, it's the same program, and caused by similar imbalances, also herbs like white oak bark powder work really well.

  • Thanks Rami...I just ordered your books...but one thing...raw milk is illegal in New York. Any suggestions?

  • I'm in Australia but same here....find a local farmer if you can and ask for raw cream or milk...they sometimes have to ditch it and would be happy to get some money for it!

  • What can I do to rebuild gum loss around my teeth? What pruducts do you suggest?

  • hey Rami..

thanks so much for providing this info!

you are doing people a great service.

i have been vegan for a number of years but recently have experienced some problems with my teeth.

I still would like to avoid eating animal flesh, but am interested in trying some of the things you reccomend.

do you think i could get decent results by just adding cod liver oil, high vitamin butter, and maybe some organic grass fed eggs?

    any feedback would be appreciated.

    thanks!

    -m4

  • Results depends on how compromised your health was before changing program. If you just have one tiny cavity your results of success are much higher and if you had many. It depends on what other foods you are eating as well. I would say, its a good start.

  • thanks for responding!

ive been vegan for 8 years but i decided to start doing some of the things you recommend to see if my teeth improve. i got some 'nordic naturals' cod liver oil two days ago, and i actually feel better already.

[makes me think i probably was deficient in a few key nutrients]

i ordered the high-vitamin butter oil and im gonna start doing raw egg yolks a couple times per week.

Thanks again Rami for putting this info out there.

i will keep you posted on my results.

  • Does your regimen stave off gout, kidney and gall stones? How about calculus (tartar) if you don't brush?

  • Yes you can give children cod liver oil, without synthetic vitamins added, just reduce doseage size and of course consult your health care practioner.

It is safe to give those foods to children but you don't have to. Cook it if you feel better about it.

  • Thank you for posting this. I have been very healthy all of my life living in rural areas, growing and preparing most of my own food. In the last 7 years I have lived in the city and have noticed a rapid deterioration in my body and especially my teeth. I have also noticed others in the area with extensive tooth decay. The foods you listed to eat are foods I have stopped eating in the last 7 years. I really think you are onto something here and I am going to use my old diet as much as possible.

  • Can Egg help rebuild your teeth?

  • grassfed free range egg can help.

  • hello brother,

What is your opinion on fermenting raw liver? my estimate is 1 day just as for fermenting fish.

Or would you ferment it for 3 days?

other. where do you get organic grassfed bone marrow from? I have never seen at whole foods store.

    Thanx.

  • I wonder if you would get the same results if you just avoided white flour and sugar. Towards the end you became quite philosophical. I am not sure what that had to do with the video.

  • Hey I like the philosophical stuff at the end. It helps us figure out where he is coming from and why he would post three videos like this that go totally against the grain of conventional dental dogma.

Avoiding flour and sugar would help but your body would still not be getting what it needs to build strong teeth and prevent/reverse tooth decay.

  • ichmochtetalk I was wondering the same thing. I have heard that organ meats, especially liver, should be avoided because they contain a lot of toxins. And raw meat? Does the fermenting kill off all the bacteria? I would want to know more about the safety of eating this type of diet before I would consider trying it. A mouthful of beautiful, healthy teeth isn't much good if you die from food poisoning. I'm looking for a healthy compromise.

  • As long as the animal is healthy and fed a natural diet(grass fed) the liver will be healthy and can be consumed. A liver from a grain fed animal is not good, the animal is not healthy and the organs should not be eaten, not to mention the rest of it. If you are eating healthy(good imune system) and take in fermented foods aka probiotic foods, they will help safe guard against food poisoning. So you can have your teeth and eat it too.

  • hi i was wondering what you thought about xyidol?? ps the video

  • Xylitol is a processed sugar and I suggest avoiding it.

  • what is forgotten in this primal diet is that we no longer live a primal life. The modern diet is not good but the traditional diet of yesterday or primal diet is also no longer suitable because we no longer live in a primal way we do not walk enough work physically enough etc. It is a very brutal diet eating bone marrow and blood is right for a dog it just does not ring true we have to become more subtle not be more gross. A diet like this does not allow for the evolution of our consciousness.

  • sorry that this seems a bit late but im writing mostly for other poeple that see this and not really for you.

first off, the modern diet is build on 4 principals 1) Taste 2) Preserve 3) Convenience 4) Safety. nutritian is this selling point to make people feel better, less guilty about eating crappy foods. Modern Diet. the typical american diet is FILTHY. that is really gross is seeing obese children suffering from diseases reserved for the elderly.

  • its not so much how much you eat but rather what you eat, and how you prepare/cook it. to you, eating raw liver, bone marrow may be gross but this is partly because that is the mentality of how you were raised in your society. what is gross/ dog food to you is a delicacy/commodity in another culture. since our evolutionary ancestors started a primal diet, we have evolved just fine and no reason to think that this would change.

  • thank you

  • Can you provide links to journals regarding the scientific basis of 'Activator X'? I must insist that studies carried out by Weston Price et al are bound to be bias thus I would like some modern scientific reasearch.

  • There was a well researched article about it in the Fall 2007 Wise Traditions. Dr. Price had several published articles in JADA about using activators to heal cavities.

  • I was wondering if sashimi would be ok for the raw fish?

  • yes

  • Marinate fish in whey, lemon or lime juice in the fridge.

  • Wow thank you so much for this information. Instinctively I've been feeling everything can be cured naturally. The only problem for the raw milk and butter is what if we are lactose intolerant?

  • People that are lactose intolerant that drink raw milk usually don't have the same problem as with pasteurized milk because all the enzymes needed for digestion are still there in the raw milk. That's what I've seen happen anyway.

  • Now for the grass-fed liver, should that be eaten raw? You said a few tablespoons of it daily, so that wouldn't be too difficult to eat raw. That is preferable, correct? And I wonder, do you eat it raw? If so, how does it taste?

  • Raw animal proteins are easier to digest. Otherwise liver rare cooked also tastes really good. Raw liver does not taste bad, but it is something to get used to and it was hard for me to eat at first.

  • Do you eat your liver raw?

  • Somtimes.

  • How do you prepare it? and what kind?

  • I eat it raw. At first it tasted like I was eating straight blood. Now it tastes okay, no problems. One time I had to go on a long trip and made liver jerky which actually tasted good as long as the strips were thin.

  • Raw liver can be made more palatable if made into a pate or your choice with, let's say, raw onion. The raw liver, and other ingredients, can be manually diced and then blended in a small Mason jar inverted on an Oster blender (whereby the Mason jar replaces the usual blender jar).

  • yes i have a question for you. just where do you buy all this good stuff, i especially wanted to know where you can buy raw cream. I live in California, so would i have to go directly to a farmer to purchase raw milk or raw cream?

  • Whole foods and other health food stores carry Claravale and Organic Pastures raw milk and cream. If there is no such store in your area, start a buyer's club.

  • part 1.

    Ok!

After watching through this 3rd part of your video, 1 thing came to my mind. Tell me! How people react to all this stuff? meaning- food fermentation etc. Because when I assess people, and lot of them turn out to be allergic to every food but not raw milk or raw whey etc., I start to explain and showing the same stuff as you do, they freak out. To raw whey for example, all of them react with a very deep 'healing state' during autonomic response testing.

  • Yes, whey can be a healing food.

I do not have much or any vested interest whether people believe me or not. Raw milk can be a particularly healing food.

  • You just saved me from doing this video myself. Thank You!

    LOL>

  • you are the type of person who needs to buy "the trigger point therapy workbook," read it twice, practice on yourself and other ppl, and make a youtube video. You have your mission. Spread the word. GO!!!!

  • Hi, I wrote a great book so you can practice these principles at home, "Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities With Nutrition" available at curetoothdecay . com

  • i have yet another question. When you speak about grass-fed liver and such where can I find this? I love liver but is liver at the grocery store the wrong stuff? Any help is appreciated.
